it's ok. if they can bring down thesaltcontent in their food, i would say it would be quite an improvement. i'm not trying to knock it. the food is pretty good. but the amount ofsaltis stoping me from going back. and i like salt, but when everything is a bit high there's no balance. all you are going to taste is salt. the herbs and spices dissapear. look i'm just trying to be helpful. to thechef bring down the salt. if i want moresalti will add thesaltmy self. nothing drastic 25 percent less salt.
