i am very displeased at how horrible the service is. the girl at the front with dark hair is very rude and disrespectful. my company called 15 minutes before i would be there to pick up the food. when i arrived, there was at least 15 people waiting in line out the door. i saw my order next to a register, so i walked about and stood by my order and nice;y told the girl i had to just pay for this and she looked at me and then looked away. so then i got the attention of one of the other workers and all he did waspointat the lad working the register. she continued to blow me off and then finally a man from the back came and took my money. after he did this she then continued to scold him and yell at him in front of everyone that he should not be helping customers. i do not understand what thepointof ordering ahead does if i still have to wait in line for 15 people and let my food sit there and get cold. i am very disappointed in the customer service and i can guarantee my company will not be giving our money to people like this. they are lucky i did not just turn and walk out.
