mints seems to be the best kept secret in rancho. great ambiance, nice servers, and my delicious japanese eggplant douced in a sweet coconut milk gravy was only $7.75 at lunch. not usually a vegetarian but this dish along with the garlic pasta was deelish and plentiful. additionally we were served complimentary fried wontonnoodlesand lunch comes with egg flower soup or small salad. coming back for more.
