amazing euro asian cuisine. if you are looking to go out to dinner and you want something fresh with wonderful flavors then you should visit mints. not only is the food amazing, the service is exceptional. when my husband and i go to mints, we usually get the spring rolls as an appetizer and then order our main entrées which are chicken pad thai, garlic noodles, and yellow curry chicken. we have been there numerous times and every dish we have ordered is amazing. you will love your experience and the food. i hope you take the opportunity to try mints because you won't be disappointed.

killer kimchi. found this restaurant here on urbanspoon. great decor, more than competent service, and michelle's kimchi. meals are well prepared and very tasty. a fantastic dining experience. i recommend it to anyone wanting a true dinner to remember.

mints seems to be the best kept secret in rancho. great ambiance, nice servers, and my delicious japanese eggplant douced in a sweet coconut milk gravy was only $7.75 at lunch. not usually a vegetarian but this dish along with the garlic pasta was deelish and plentiful. additionally we were served complimentary fried wonton noodles and lunch comes with egg flower soup or small salad. coming back for more.

very good in all areas. best asian food and atmosphere in area. not a price performer, but that is a block away.

will go back. went there today for the first time. i really liked it (i had to cheat and ask my vietnamese friend what to order). i had the crab meat, chicken, and cellophane noodles. they were able to hold the shiitake mushrooms on request (since i'm allergic). i thought this was quite accommodating. each entrée was served with a choice of soup or salad. i found the food to be quite good. i also really liked the decor. it was clean and felt slightly upscale. overall i was pleased and will definitely go back.
