milk & honey is one of those places that are hard to categorize. is it a coffee place like starbucks or a froyo place like pinkberry, or a shaved ice place or a place that serves middle eastern pastries? and if you go to their tumblr site, it is even more confusing. bohemian? hipster? maybe all of the above? it really defies the human tendency to want to categorize and classify. eclectic is definitely an apt term here. but this is sometimes what you get when the purveyors have complete freedom in doing what theylovebest. without the shackles of a need for a central marketing theme, one is allowed to follow whatever their passion is, be it coffee/tea, shaved ice, baklava, or sandwiches. that is probably the only classification you could put on milk & honey. it is a small storefront located in the camp. if you blink or turn your head the wrong way, you might miss it completely. even though everything they serve here looks delicious, i can never seem to stray away from ordering th
