😆 it has been purely expectation vs reality

im not used to give much often such low ratings 😔bt they made me to do so... seeinggoodratings of the restaurant i had decide to risk on this new restaurant.. thinking that no doubt it has agoodrating that it would definitely look after customer satisfaction.. bt alas, im sorry to say that.. i take back my words it was a terrible exlerience..

the pizza size was much disproportionate, u can see by the size of the pack. it was just a little larger than a regular baby pizza

the price they charge for this is again sounds no fair. you can easily get more tastier and larger pizza from a lot of zomato restaurants within 130-100 bucks too, and that too with well topped cheese andgoodpizza base

the base was too hard to chew.. and the toppings as u can see are regular onion and tomatos with little dash of paneer which wasn't tasty in anywayand they charged about 200 bucks.. u can easily get much much tastier pizzas with a lot of veggies from dominos within this price rather than wasting here

moreover i had found a hair, which i don't blame,, as i know how difficult is their job..
bt as to mention to not repat again

i had waited whole night jst it to get delivered, bt when it came.. i had to sleep with half filled stomach 😔😔 i would better rice and dalmakhani instead of this, at least they can fill ur stomach abd moreover sometimes u can get thm in even in very cheaper rates.

at last i would like to reconsider ur decisions if ur opting for pizzas from here.. even i also thought of ordering an expensive one, bt thought lets not risk suddenly at once seeing suchgoodratings..

i ordered few indian dishes online.... except for roti everything else was super oily and below average in taste.. oily means i could retrieve 1/2 ltr oil from 3 dishes and chowmein and make my own pakoras. i am very disappointed from agoodrated restaurant... i tried to call them also just to inform them, but that went in vain... i would never order again from here

our first order at your kitchen was agoodexperience.

really pathetic service, they took almost an hour to deliver the dish on our table. although the food wasgoodin taste but the delay in service killed it all. won't visit again, may be my personal choice.

there was no salt or any taste in mutton curry .. biriyani wasgoodbut last time it was much better

lachhaparatha dough was stale and sour,felt it was notgoodfor health it can cause food poison..
paneer roll,paratha smells bad also its stuffing was salty. i had a bad experience from this michael's kitchen. be careful.

i didn't receive as i order.. but got something else ..though taste wasgoodbut i missed my roast chicken

amazing food as always ! tikka was cooked to perfection & cant get over the flavours of soup .goodjob chef ! ❤️

while the food was ok, the way the restaurant handled delivery wasn'tgoodat all. for 6 starters they took 1.5 hours to deliver. plus the restaurant lied to me about handing over the food.

the restaurant isgoodand the food is usually verygoodbut today the food was just not up to the mark with kulchas being too thick with very little filling and not cooked properly, the chicken wasgoodbut very oily. the burger however was good

very very bad gesture and food . no rice given in stroganoff. nothing wasgood. my calls weren’t returned after calling 10 times . waste of money.

a small restaurant..but nice ambience...quality and taste of food wasgoodand also the service....
agoodplace to try something new...

garli naan- the galic was chopped poorly and thus it was not cooked evenly which left a bitter taste in the mouth. the naan was never soft although i expect garlic naan to be super soft.

chicken latpat- the taste was never there. it felt like a normal homemade chicken kassa.

tandoori kasturi shabz e khazana- none of the veggies other than the paneer was ever put on the tandoor. the cauliflower was undercooked, the baby corn was tasteless, capsicums also never tasted looke they ever made it to the tandoor oven. no trace of kasturi what so ever. the gravy was a sour one. few veggies tasted stale overally destroying the dish.

tandoori chilly chicken- disappointed by the quantity of the chicken pieces. the chicken was over cooked in the tandoori leaving it dry and bitter. the sweet gravy was it's savior but in a nutshell not agoodexperience at all.

jade ball- the lone dish in the entire order which made some sense, awesome taste, evenly cooked probably lacked some seasonings but taste was good.

khurmi naan- no different taste but only a different color and extremely soft bread.

overall the whole menu seems to carry a wonderful array of recipe but in reality the actual dish lacks taste thus bringing down the value for money proposition.
1. kindly revise your menu, shorten it if administration is an issue.
2. taste whatever is going out of the kitchen.
3. people will pay premium pricing when you offer such a exuberant menu listings.
4. hope your catering is not like this one, however i'll review that one too very soon.

went to this place for sunday brunch.goodfood (quality and quantity wise) for the price. service wasgoodbut they messed up the bill twice. however, they corrected once we pointed out the errors in billing . the non veg items are likely to be better than the veg items here.
