so here's the deal. michael d's isgoodat what they do. there's something to be said about a place that closes by 2pm. they are reallygoodat what they do. they are breakfast and lunch, that's it. we had eggs benidict and then chicken fried steak. great food great coffee. a+ i will recommend.

this place was packed with locals on a late tuesday morning, a sure sign the food must be good. while drinking our coffee and waiting to order, i noticed the folks at the next table eating an unusual and tempting breakfast. i asked our waitress about it and she turned to the customer and said "brian, he wants to know about your breakfast". brian proceeded to explain that michael d. made the recipe up for him. it is not on the menu, and they call it brian's breakfast. well, what could i do? we ordered one and asked our server to split it. it ended up more than two of us could finish and was very good. there were so many tempting items on the menu, including gluten free options, that we can't wait to come back.goodcoffee,goodservice, andgoodfood.

server was great, very friendly. ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs with avocado which tasted delicious. steak was cooked nicely, batter was seasoned well and the white gravy was not too peppery. the benedict wasgoodtoo, i only wish they asked how you wanted your eggs as they were too soft for me. overall was a great restaurant for a very reasonable price.

amazing!!. we have been eating at michael d's since they opened. the food and service are always awesome, which is why it's always crowded, duh. the omelettes are light and fluffy with reallygoodpotatoes. i tried the blueberry pancake for the first time recently and am hooked. just one cake is enough.
we went for dinner last week and i had the baked cod. really good. my son had the ceaser wrap and it was huge and yummy.
thanks for doing such agoodjob for all these years!

dana. eggs florentine perfectly poached eggs excellent creamy spinach sauce. on agoodday this is the crave! chef was having a bad day poached eggs had a shell and weren't drained properly cheese on potatoes had a moldy piece so i opted to leave them. overall the breakfast was great. recommend

everything looks good. but the only thing i've ever ordered is their eggs benedict. divine! great food and alwaysgoodservice.

great service, the food came quickly (corned beef hash and ham omelet), the hash wasgoodand the omelet is exactly what you would expect. enjoyed the place for sure. will try them again if in town.

slippin.... the food is alwaysgoodthere and so is the service... but when my family was there on monday (hadn't been there for awhile) i was disapointed to see the prices had been raised again ($9.50 for there 3 meat omellette). so u figure after your entree oj and coffee $15 dollars a person is a little spendy for breakfast. if the dish was prepared properly i probably wouldn't have care but my omellette was more a scramble pieced back together with more egg, very dense and dry, not light and fluffy, and his rosemary potatoes were very over done and soggy. it has been great in the past and just needs to get back on track....
