upon entering the hotel metro you’re greeted by staff all the way to the restaurant which doesn’t sits just off the uniquely decorated lobby. we dined for bruch and we started with beignets (unpictured), they were light and airy as expected and very hot, obviously meaning they were fresh.
for brunch i actuallyorderedthe veggie benedict. i requested that they work some gruyere into the dish as well. the eggs’ consistency was perfect as i cut in it oozed out and the hollandaise was tasty too.
my wife had the spinach omelette which was cooked to perfection with really crispy bacon on the side.
the staff was beyond friendly and gave recommendations as weorderedtoo. i will definitely come when visiting milwaukee.
