i am a carnivore (but used to be a vegetarian). these days i seek out a variety of food and came to this with a friend. feels like a funked up butcher shop with the bonus of having lovely cured meats and cold cuts.
tried the prosciutto which was superb so we went back for some more tastes. as we were going straight home, we knew we'd be ordering quite a bit of fine food today.
loaded up with food, we headed home to cook up our delights.
staff were very friendly. gave me some tips on how to prepare one of the cuts of meat.
