worst experience ever! worst experience ever at mcmenamins! doesn’t deserve a star. we stopped to get lunch. we said we were okay sitting outside but in thesunor by a heater. so they sat us in the shade but said they will get the fire going. everyone had heat but us. got our order in quick which was good but no fire so we asked. the manager came out and said they couldn’t start the fire because of wood rationing. really this is mcmenamins? we asked to move because along with the shade we were in a wind tunnel. she said she couldn’t because of a waiting list. she said this as we saw a table in thesunempty for 15 minutes and next to heater. but, she would give us a blanket which she rudely tossed at us when she came back. she really shouldn’t be a manager. ok, 45 minutes sitting in cold, no drink refills and no food. we asked about our order. never got an answer. we gave up! we gave our waitress some cash for our sodas and left. a wasted hour! now wondering about throwing out our multiple passports. btw, we just came from spending money at multiple nights at grand lodge. now we have a sour taste in our mouths for mcmenamins. i know it’s a pandemic but mcmenamins needs to do better.
