go for the pancakes. i had what might be the best pancakes of my life here last saturday. sweet potatoes and pecans make these tender cakes lightly sweet and satisfying. stick with a short stack though, unless you have an appetite of a lineman, because these pancakes are huge.
tried the special too: pork barbacoa-scramble. pretty good, and it was nice to have a savory accompaniment to the pancakes (me and my mom share everything we order).
