had the pork sandwich with fries and cole slaw. pretty good.greatprices for portions. went for lunch and service was a little slow but other than that i would recommend.

agreatplace to dine. while there was a wait, we were so glad we stayed. agreatserver, andgreatfood. our first time, so she explained everything on the menu. after our meal, the waitress brought all of us a slice of their famous buttermilk pie and a bottle of our favorite bbq sauce.... on the house. i'll be back.greatjob!!!

another could begreatbbq joint if. ok, i'll try to be kind to "marks". the actuall meat is pretty good but like so many of the area's bbq houses...they don't have a single good sauce....and without sauce you simply got pork or whatever the animal of your choice..... please somebody tell 'em...bbq is not suppose to be sickly sweet! at least add one vinegary, spicy peppery sauce for those of us not addicted to sugar!

honey wing fan!. i love honey wings. crispy, spicy and sweet deliciousness. i know the pulled pork is excellent, but honey wings are a must for me. i also enjoy the smokey beans, potato salad and fried corn on the cob. friendly service and casual atmosphere make mark's agreatmeal anytime.

fried pickles. absolutely the best! i have tried these at bbq establishments all over the south east , no one even comes close. everything at marks is good orgreatthe service,the food ,the atmosphere, and the management.great job mark's !

the original mark's is the best. i took a small group to mark's friday night. we got there after 8:00 and there was still a 15-minute wait for a table. but there were a few seats at the bar and the time went quickly. the rest of the group had never been to mark's so i introduced them to the world's largest bar-b-q sandwich and mark's baby back ribs. we hadgreatservice and everyone enjoyed the food. this is the original mark's and the building really was an old feed store, so the atmosphere is perfect for a busy barbeque joint with some of the best barbeque in the louisville area.
