i was mislead to park balluchi due to the number of good reviews. i had a bad experience with the food. i went for the rose milk, aloo gobi and bread basket (alu kulcha,naanand lacha parata).
definitely none of the items were good.
order started with rose milk. it had way too much essence which made it super sugary and difficult to drink. then came the main course - bread basket hadnaanwhich was bit dry, lacha parata having minimum salt and the alu parata tasting a bit off. the aloo gobi was ok and didnt quite alleviate the taste problem coming from the other items.
even with all the issues, the service of the staff and general attitude is very good and they did a number of things. firstly, when i told about the lack of salt, they went to the kitchen and came back and told they dont add much salt in the lacha parata. they also apologized for the food and took 10% off my bill. that is good customer service. i still give it a lower rating as the food was not enjoyable.
