hits the spot. mama's is like a tiny piece of san francisco's mission district that wound up in san diego. don't be put off by its unassuming appearance. this family run business produces great food atgoodprice without a lot of fuss. i am partial to the baba ghanouj, manakeesh (wrap), beef shawarma plate, and baklava, but you can hardly go wrong. san diego needs more places like this.
