love the chocolate cake!. went for a business lunch - the lasagna wasgreatand the chocolate cake was amazing.

epic restaurant fail.. i've been to several maggiano's locations throughout the midwest. their food is, no-doubt, delicious. the restaurant atmosphere is elegant and sophisticated. it has all the bells and whistles that make it a classy joint with agreatmenu.

i was a fan.

my husband and i were treated to dinner at maggiano's on 86th st. by another couple that joined us. our server was clearly 'in the weeds' - he seemed a bit frantic and rushed. long after placing our order, we finally received our house salads. as i begin to eat my salad and share conversation, i can't seem to spear my salad. i scooped my fork down into the bowl, and out came an entire rubber glove that took up about 40% of the salad.

i swear to god, i thought i was on candid camera. we showed the waiter what was in my salad, and he gasped with complete disbelief, as he should have.

a manager came over, and instead of comping our entire bill and profusely apologizing, he offered us ... free dessert. that was an epic management fail on so many levels. to think that anyone would want to eat another bite of food after finding a filthy rubber glove in their food, is beyond me.

i only wish i had taken a photo of the glove. at least people would believe me.

not worth the money!. we ate "family style" between 5 people, the idea soundedgreatbut the quality of the food was not up to par with the price we paid for it! i was disappointed to say the least. no better than olive garden in my opinion and it was much more expensive!

doesn't measure up. do you like salt? if yes, then maggiano's is your place. the waiter tookgreatpride in pointing out that all of maggiano's dishes are made fresh in the kitchen, which is agreatthing. however, if i ever go back i will specifically ask for a light hand with the salt because the kitchen staff was way, way, way too heavy with the salt. and i'm not that salt sensitive. i've eaten at many pubs and restaurants that use quite a bit. this was just poor preparation. even if they had hit the salt level just right, maggiano's just doesn't compare to mama carolla's.

maggiano's is agreatplace! i love the family style meals and the beef madallion. the staff there is friendly every time i go. i normally sit at the bar, which has sports playing, talking and laughing with the bartenders. (aj and clifton).
recently, they took out the live entertainment. it was nice to hear something different, other then the frank sinatra cd that plays everytime i go in.

there is agreatvariety of pastas and the gnocchi is one of the best i have ever tried.

very good, huge portions, come hungry and bring reinforcements because it’s a challenge to eat it all. service was spot on, friendly and attentive. we enjoyed drinks at the bar, they have somegreatsignature cocktails. appetizers were excellent, but we skipped salads as we figured the mains would be big and boy were we right! three in our party and we all had pastas, again huge portions but wow, all were delicious! loved it, recommend it, will be back!

we loved everything we ate. salmon oscar and a seafood alfredo. didn’t get an appetizer because the bread was so good. tc was our server and he was super friendly,greatattitude. the food coming out from the kitchen took a long time. we were almost late for our show, that was the only issue. would definitely go again. just a bit earlier.

perfect ending to a perfect day. the food wasgreatand the wait staff is very mindful. bread is to die for. spinach artichoke dip was not my favorite, but the chocolate cake is sinful!

from thegreatservice, to the superb preparation on the ziti and flatbread, definitely recommend this location as a go-to chain! flavorful,greatatmosphere. have the tiramisu for dessert!

amazing amazing place to visit with family. very well arranged. it has soft music playing in the background.greatfood menu. i loved their chicken lasagna. took home four cheese ravioli which was lip smacking! must visit.

maggiano's is one of my favorite restaurant chains. i make sure to visit if i am in a city that has one. i must say my experience due to thegreatcustomer service there is always amazing. their wait staff is exceptional no matter the city and you can never go wrong with their classic pasta menu where you eat one and take one home. it is a fine dining experience at an affordable price. while their food isgreattheir happy hour and specialty drinks are some of my favorite concoctions. particularly their bellini swirl. unfortunately my experience at the dallas location was not asgreatwith this particular drink but they offered their summer sangria in lieu of the bellini and let's just say i didn't stop with one!

great location in santana row. very large restaurant with a very relaxed vibe.greatfor dining with friends or family. the food is usually well prepared. plenty of choices even for vegetarians. portions are large and they are very accommodating of special requests. service is courteous and reasonably quick.

father's day lunch today, yes, it's the day before father's day, but who's complaining?
i was treated to the marcos meal for two along with my lovely wife. the stuffed mushrooms were firm, meaty, and well stuffed with cheese and spinach.
my lasagna was awesome. the sausage, beef, and cheeses were layered nicely between tender noodles and nice sweet basil pomodoro sauce.
my wife's fettuccine alfredo was a little dry but easily remedied by the attentive service by bringing more freshly made sauce.
the apple crostada was excellent. beautiful presentation. crunchy sugary crust with warm semi sweet apples topped with creamy vanilla bean ice cream.
maggianos has agreatatmosphere, attentive staff, andgreatfood.
