more than just a place to eat.. luna del sea offers an elegant setting to enjoy a finely cooked meal while experiencing a family environment. every time we go to luna del sea we feel at home because of their personable staff who take the time to get to know and appreciate their customers. when we want to impress family or any company we have, we take them to luna. experience the total dining package, great food, great fun, great service...luna del sea.

food was pretty good. i had the crab cakes, but it was a little pricey. the crab cakes lacked a little cake, but had plenty of crab meat. it lacked a little seasoning as well, but was really worth trying.

i must say first off that this place is very cute. it's set up elegantly, comfortable seating, the ballroom has a gorgeous mural on the wall. right away we felt at home there. we were one of two tables in the place so it was nice and quiet.

overpriced. small portions. food tasted above average, but as stated earlier the portions were not enough. atmosphere is wonderful and a lovely set up. but not the place for a quick bite to eat.

wonderful time, and the food is outstanding!. food was awesome after a long day at the game. sat back and had some cold beers with my friends, then went on to tour the rest of baltimore. great evening at luna del sea!

the best service in town.. luna del sea bistro is hands-down one of my favorite restaurants in baltimore! the food there is fantastic. i recommend anything from the seafood list, but there are so many other menu options as well! the servers are the friendliest i've encountered in my years in baltimore and the location is so convenient - right across from camden yards and so close to the inner harbor. also, at night, luna del sea is a really fun bar to visit - great music, indoor and outdoor sections, awesome bartenders, and fun people to meet.

do not go. it is overpriced , the food is awful- seafood in baltimore should be good especially the crab- we had the cold sampler platter- 4 large not jumbo shrimp- good, 1/2 tiny lobster center and claw- dry and no flaver and about a 1/2 lb of crab which had crystals in it and crunched when we ate it. we sent it back and they gave us 4 more shrimp for $32.00 not exactly a wonderful platter. maryland crab is wonderful especially when fresh but this wasn't. we tried the lump crab cake- go to michaels or bo brooks- this had the same tastless crab and no bay seasoning.

the food does not match the prices. chef ramsey would not be happy. the sauteed artichokes were from a can and served with absolutely too much sauce (the same sauce that is used for the escargot). in general, the food was bad, the prices bloated but good service. would not recommend.

if bistro, bravo. small, cozy, friendly atmosphere, excellent service, engaging staff and quality food rise to the top of an experience at luna del sea. best experienced with a full set of courses, time to enjoy, a full wallet, and a glass of wine - outdoors in the summer, maybe with a night game at camden yards.

bad food, good service. other reviews are right, no prices on the menu for most of their dishes and after asking the prices i see why they are not listed. surf and turf 74.00 we were told then charged 85.00 for a steak that i had to send back and lobster that was under done. got crab dip all it was was cream cheese no crab greasy pita chips to eat it with..... ewwwww the crab bisque was the same cream no crab where is the crab........
everything was over priced under or over cooked service was ok she took off 9 dollars for my steak being raw having to wait for it for an hour then when i got it back someone threw a piece of burnt black steak on my plate that had cut marks in it it was not mine the waitress claimed it was for me if i would like some steak more done then the med rare i ordered and the raw they gave me.
stay away go to ruth's chris if you want a great meal in baltimore all the independent shops are rip offs and their food is way sub par.

i'm not a big fan of cheesecake, but the coconut cheesecake was yummy!

all crab no cake. i travel to baltimore a lot on business and came upon this gem. i have been known to eat nothing but crab cakes during my visit and even od once. but dinner here tonight was a real treat. pretty good cream of crab soup. i ordered the seafood trio (broiled crab cake, shrimp and scallops) the shrimp and scallops could not hold a candle to the fantastic crab cake. next time i would skip the trio and go all crab cake. perfectly broiled (never fry) and the right amount of seasoning.
