not overly impressed by the staff nor their ability to make good coffee. the barista was rude and the coffee was below average, burnt milk and over extracted. at least be one thing eitherniceand polite or good at making coffee in both areas this place is struggling.

every time staffs are super friendly. their food isniceand the portion is biggg! you can feel the ocean at outside table. takeaway is also a good choice, you can enjoy the food on the green just in front of this cafe. tried seafood basket, burger, carbonara and smoothies before. have a fun!!

we'll be back!. such a cosy and comfortable place to eat.
my partner had a beautiful curried pumpkin soup which happened to be one of quite a fewnicelooking options on their specials board, special standing only for the quality of the food!
i had a reallynicepiece of chocolate mousse cake and my partner and i both had a beautifully presented cup of coffee!

recommended by a work colleague and popped in on a saturday morning (today) for a sampler and was pleasantly surprised with the big breakfast. healthy sized serving and the coffee was great to. plenty of room to dine inside or out and fine fast service to get you prepped and primed for further activities.nicejob gang... keep up the hard work!

great to see a local café look after their locals. well priced, very generous servings. i had bacon and eggs plus toast with a coffee and hubby had a traditional breakfast. all cooked beautifully. no2. son only wanted tomatoes, bacon and toast, no fuss the staff accommodated this and actually told him it was cheaper if ordered items separately rather than swapping items out of a pre determined meal. no2.5 son had the classic eggs benedict - andniceto know that the sauce was home made. delicious.

staff friendly, courteous and accommodating with any requests.

in addition plenty of water containers around for pooches to use (yes very dog friendly.)

ps: we did say we were not going to put a review up as this café is already a busy local destination, and we did want to get a seat here for our summer sunday breakfasts.

lovely cafe. my daughter and i had breakfast at lu lu's a few weeks ago. the café was very busy as it was saturday morning but the service wasniceand friendly. we didn't have long to wait to order our meal and it didn't take long for the meals to come out either. we both had full breakfasts and the servings were generous and well presented and very nicely cooked. the coffee was really nice. would definitely go back again.

the staff who served us today wasniceand the food we ordered came in quick. the burger was nicely made as well. tastes nice! :)

the staff are friendly and service is fine. but i ordered the chicken club stack which was supposed to be on turkish bread. it arrived on ordinary tip top whitebread and for some reason, it also had a fried egg in it, which wasn't listed as an ingredient on the menu?

i can't understand why this could be screwed up, surely they make these all the time?

otherwise, the fish and chips was great, large servings, andniceatmosphere.

one of our favourite. lu lu 's. has got to have the best of everything! coffee, staff, service, location and food!
what else could you ask for on the foreshore in rockingham. we go many times each week and it is always consistent, we love the friendly girls and the new owner martin is a reallyniceguy.

great meal, great service. we used our cudo voucher today and was very impressed with our seafood platter for two. it looked delicious and the seafood was cooked perfectly. perfect chowder and the only thing deep fried was the squid rings. so it was anicehealthy treat as it came with boiled rice and salad and tasty prawns,fish, scallops and yummy bread. the waitress who looked after us was so warm and pleasant and looked like she genuinely liked to please the customers. and afterwards you can enjoy anicewalk along the beach. we will return, tony and vicki

really good food the creamy garlic prawns were cooked to perfection the size of the dish was enough for two people for $20, the fish & chips salad with tempura fish and prawns were verynicemelted in your mouth the size of the dish again enough for two for $20 will definitely go again.
