best brunch. took my young daughters (10 & 7) there this morning for brunch. they had a lot to live up to, as both the girls and i love a good brekky! the food was served quickly, by delightful,friendlystaff. the servings were huge, and beautifully presented. it was a winner before even a mouthful was tasted. one daughter had the medium breakfast, the other the hotcake stack. both were devoured, which is a fair indicator of good food for a child to clear their plate ! i had the vego breakfast which was delicious, although the spinach came out rather like a salad and not the wilted spinach i expected. thoroughly enjoyed this great little cafe find, and will be back to sample more from the extensive menu. thanks so much lulu's !!!

it's sitting opposite the beach , it'sfriendlyaccommodating and very yummy food . i have enjoyed over many years of living here , this restuarant . i 'have really enjoyed being treated respectfully by its owner and employee's and oh great service with a smile

this is a realy lovely cafe, had great food and coffee. lovelyfriendlystaff so helpfull.will so be taking family and friends there.

went there for a business breakfast this morning. i was very impressed and believe the two girls that appear to manage the front were very sunny andfriendlyconsidering it was 7:30. our breakfast of eggs florentine was superb as was the chai coffee. in comparison to most other rockingham cafes i rate this one for overall service, presentation and taste a 10. i'll be suggesting it to all my business contacts and friends. they do it right.

happy rockingham local. introduced last year for first time by a friend who is a regular. food is fantastic, my super fussy husband loooves the coffee and staff are alwaysfriendlyand happy to have a chat and make you feel like you are visiting friends. finally a place where the owners and staff make you feel like family. old school service. always clean and in a fantastic location where you can enjoy the sunrise, sunsets, beach views and the prices are more than reasonable for quality of food...cheaper than most cafe's anywhere else in rockingham. if anyone asks where is the best place to eat in rockingham, i will always recommend lu lu's

service was veryfriendly& food came out fairly quickly considering how busy they were. coffee was nice. ordered a ham & cheese croissant. the pastry was barely warm & the ham/cheese was cold. there was also a piece of hard plastic inside the croissant.

i love lulus. i come here often on the weekend and the service is always good and i personally think that the zomato cost ($80) is highballing it a bit. 
the food is great. i usually get one of the eggs on toast breakfasts and they always satisfy. however my boyfriend has commented that he doesn't think the burgers are that great.
the staff are great, alwaysfriendlyand get the food out fairly quickly.
also the thick shakes are delicious!

reallyfriendlystaff. the food and the coffees are great and they always bring out a bowl of water for the dogs! i always have the eggs benedict for breakfast. they are to die for

sorry guys, food here was really bad. great location, right next to the beach but they serve frozen fish which is terribly oily and overcooked. the chicken snitzel was like rubber. veryfriendlyirish lady serving at the counter, but the kitchen folk seemed really grumpy when i asked if the fish was fresh or frozen.

we're regular diners at lulu's. owner martin is lovely and takes an interest in customers. food is the best and cheapest servings in rockingham.friendlystaff. amazing coffee. breakfast bruchetta is a complete winner!

a few years have passed and were still enjoying coming back to this place. hubby and i had an open steak sammy for lunch today; i wanted no bacon, he wanted no egg, making changes is easy and they are always happy to accommodate to our taste.
coffee is always spot on. we really do love the food, service & happy smiles.

the services is always with a smile, but also with "how is your day"!

its a warm andfriendlycafe that is very inviting and is always our first stop for coffee and a bite to eat.

we are regular customers at lu lu's because we love their customer service and fantastic food. this morning i ordered their breakfast burger and i was so impressed, yet again, with the freshness and quality of their products.

great all round. just dined here for breakfast with our 2 young daughters and as always, what a pleasurable dining experience it was. the food is consistently delicious and the staff arefriendlyand accommodating - which is exactly what you need when dining with a restless 3 & 4 yr old. the owner is very considerate of his customers needs and does all that he can to make the dining experience pleasurable. this establishment matches the setting - wonderfully pleasant

consistent and excellent value!. lulu's has become our regular brekky spot. it's small, friendly, excellent value and we always leave feeling well fed and happy. great coffee and the owner martin isfriendlyand cares about his customers. we quit other locals such as kent st deli and dome because of the lousy service and sheer price. for nearly half the cost we now go to lulu's and get treated nicely. cheers guys. keep it up!!

great food, great service, great location. can't fault this cafe , been a regular customer for a few years now. the difficulty in getting a table occasionally is testament it's popularity.

staff are attentive andfriendlyand can and will tailor your order , the portion size is fantastic.

it's a great spot to sit back with a huge mug of latte and a generous portion of wedges and watch the world go by.
