gone downhill. this once reliable neighborhood bar has gone way downhill lately. nasty waitresses and disinterested management will soon sink this place. this establishment allows its waitstaff to drink in the bar after hours, with one particularly notorious waitress getting drunk, insulting customers, and initiating altercations. the managers seem afraid or unwilling to do anything about her and her friends. customers used to overlook to dank atmosphere and so-sofoodbecause it had friendly service and reasonably priced drinks. now lucky bar is about to sink into the graveyard of defunct dc bars and restaurants that allow their staff to run them out of business.
