serious bbq in the inland empire. always packed, long waits to get in for a table most nights, loud as heck, and consistently delicious food, especially when you factor in the selection of sauces available at the table.
unlike many restaurants, they don't offer the same menu in the bar, so don't try for the shortcut (not that you'd have much luck, the bar is often packed too). if you do choose the bar, i say the sliders are the way to go.
if you are smart enough to get a table and enjoy the full menu, stick to the bbq and you'll have lots of great choices. i personally enjoyed the babybackribs, the tri-tip and the bbq chicken, but usually had to trade a bit of it with whomever i was with because there's too much good food to ignore.
if you're just there on a date or with a friend, i recommend you both opt for the "two meat combo platter" so you can have a nice selection between you. if it's a bigger group that hasn't been there before, consider the "family feast". you don't save much money with the feast, but it makes ordering easier so you can focus on the good times.
