lotus cafe @michaelcacossa. first, you told us there was only oneorderthat is wrong, after we told you we will deliver the rightorderto you then you told us the wholeorderwere all wrong. we told you we will make you the whole new order, and you also ask for some credit, but you never mentioned we made a mistake when we repeated your order. plus we didn't get the orders back at all, the reason sometime we need theorderback because we had to show the cashier to let them know we have to waste so much foods again and remind them to be more careful while they takeorderfrom the customer. second, the cashier who took yourorderis an america boy, english is his first language, i don't think he has any problem with that. we will not reuse the food after the orders go out the door or has been open because it's against the health department rules!!!
