not worth all the hype.... went for lunch on a thursday and was very disappointed with everything...
had the two-meat combo with ribs, brisket, pinto beans, and potato salad. the ribs had anicecrust, but were lacking not only in flavor, but also in tenderness..(insert "reheated"). the brisket was absolutely some of the worst i've tasted, tough, no smoke flavor, no ring, and very, very bland. the potato salad was as bland and tasteless as the pinto beans. i'm not a sauce guy and really believe that good bbq will stand on its own without having to be covered
with sauce. unfortunately, the sauce was the best thing on the menu. won't be back.
