i got the chopped sandwich which was very good. excellent service, some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. i would also recommend the fries because of the seasoning.

one of the worst. i tried them for the first time today. huge mistake. all of the meats were dry,tough and worst of all tasteless. i got 1lb of ribs. a total of 3 and a burnt end piece. (really that's all). the ribs were so overcooked the bones were burnt. the sliced brisket and chopped beef were dry and lacked flavor.

!!!!brisket sausage!!!!. ribs were good, chicken ok, colds slaw ehhhh, beans ehhh, but brisket sausage was out of this world delicious!!!!. service is nice and very friendly.

very good! very friendly!. stopped in for lunch. the sliced beef was great, mac salad was excellent. great service and very friendly! will be going again when i'm in the area!!!

just ok. sausage and cole slaw were great. beans and potato salad pretty good. sliced was dry and no flavor, chopped was bunk, ribs were tough. and where's the pork? very great service.

wow..finally some amazing bbq. i had the ribs and brisket sausage. both were amazing. the staff and owner were very friendly and welcoming. as soon as we walked in we received a sample of their signature brisket sausage, which is delicious. we enjoyed our food so much we took some of their home made beef jerky and tamales to go. both were great. i highly recommend this place for bbq lovers. i definitely will be back.

longoria's was recently listed as one of texas monthly's top 50 bbq joints for 2013, which is a pretty impressive accomplishment. the meat was really tender and a pleasure to eat.

not worth all the hype.... went for lunch on a thursday and was very disappointed with everything...
had the two-meat combo with ribs, brisket, pinto beans, and potato salad. the ribs had a nice crust, but were lacking not only in flavor, but also in tenderness..(insert "reheated"). the brisket was absolutely some of the worst i've tasted, tough, no smoke flavor, no ring, and very, very bland. the potato salad was as bland and tasteless as the pinto beans. i'm not a sauce guy and really believe that good bbq will stand on its own without having to be covered
with sauce. unfortunately, the sauce was the best thing on the menu. won't be back.

the ribs were okay, nothing to boast about. they had a very nice formed crust, a nice pepper & garlic rub, and a nice smokey flavor. the thing that i had a problem with was that they were reheated and were chewy.

top rated bbq. i've been to longoria's bbq several times and have yet to have anything i didn't like. my personal favorite is the brisket sausage. this sausage has a unique taste and rates tops in my book. plenty of seating inside. one of the first things i noticed was an autograph on the wall of johnny nitzinger. go check this place out especially if you are a friend of bill wilson.

best bbq i have ever eaten! true.. i'm from texas and have eaten at many bbq restaurants this is the best. my young daughter and i ate there several times in one week while visiting the area. she has been asking for it since. fyi, she has been asking for 3 years. when we get back to the area that will be at the top of our list of places to go. we live in california. it won't be a disappointment. promise.

i stopped by and got a hamburger and some sausage. when i took a bite of the sausage i almost got sick. it was like mush, and the hamburger was made the same way. i would not recommend this place!

great back roads bbq. this place is over by my place of employment and i go there once in a while. family owned and run and their brisket is cooked to perfection. their version of sausage is a dry non-greasy one and is delicious.

great service and moderately priced.

amazing brisket sausage. i was visiting fort worth, got lost and found longoria's by accident. the brisket sausage with the bbq sauce was amazing! i want to visit texas again just to eat at longoria's.
