amazing chicken and waffles!. we love this place for brunch! drinks are good, try the snazzberry mimosa. chicken and waffles are the best!

stays on top. it has been awhile since i was at lola. this last saturday for brunch with family we again darkened their door. my green chile with scrambled eggs (eggs were light, fluffy, lovely) was perfection. the pre-entree guacamole was prepared to taste and we tasted it alright. my wife's hamburgueasa was right there at the top of the burger food chain. we liked it and wondered why so long since we had been back. our loss really.

quiero lola. ok, it's been a while since highschool spanish class...but it's also been too long since i have been back to lola.

great apps, a tequilla selection that lives up to the expectations, and an always changing and very interesting menu---but i do wish they would bring back the hash they used to serve back when i first started going there in 2007.

yes, the guacamole is awesome and the restaurant is very cool--but what i always like best about it is lola has always had some of the coolest (not in a hipster-doucher way) bartenders i had met. always got great service at the bar no matter how crowded.

overall, i was fairly impressed with the brunch and would recommend it for anyone looking for something more than the average good-after-a-hangover venues.

sangria rojo. i like zengos sangria a lot more.

shrimp cocktail vera cruz. a.k.a jalapeno cocktail. i love it, they weren't lying when they said spicy. this is a great dish to share over drinks. i would not buy this as a meal again.

both plates looked delicious, but beth’s tasted mostly like fried, and mine didn’t have much flavor at all.

great food, outstanding service.. we made reservations during restaurant week for our anniversary. we got there on time but the tables were not clearing and it was packed. it took them 35 minutes after our reservation time to seat us, but they made sure we were happy. the hostess got us some chips and salsa at the bar while we waited, and we were comped a free round of drinks and an extra appetizer after we got our table. meanwhile the manager talked to us several times to make sure everything was okay. and the food was out of sight. they didn't have to do any of that, but because they did, we will be going back!

monday nights rock!. we went to lola for the monday all night happy hour! it was way better than we could have ever expected! our waitress (joanna) was fantastic and the food was very fresh and tasty! the corn soup was one of a kind... creamy, spicy, and sweet all at the same time-and on the happy hour menu! for a great night cap try the mexican coffee--- a great ending to a really nice evening! i will definitely go back! can't wait to try brunch soon, sat and sunday. great atmosphere and party bar down stairs.

disappointing. overpriced. salsa and guac were good but beyond that, the food is not worth it. cool atmosphere. go for a drink but don't stay for food.

the food is amazing and they have over 160 different tequila’s as well as nightly specials and live music on sundays. we both sampled one of their “coinstyle margaritas”. i had the d’oro coin, made with el jimador añejo ($10), this one isn’t for the young

thirty-two restaurants participated in this year's taste of the nation event benefiting operation front line colorado and i tried them all--some more than once. it wasn't necessarily my intention, but with the bite-sized plates being served it didn't seem

solid. been here about five times and finally getting around to the review.

we were here a few nights back. mobile reservation via open table worked perfectly.

order made to order guac. while excellent to watch being made, somewhat dry and could have used some more lime. my blackened mahi mahi was great, just was hoping a little larger portion to justify price point.

holy guacamole!. the novelty of having the guac made right there in front of you has still not worn off. and it is darn delicious.
