absolute worst customer service i've ever seen. let's be real, this is the dredges of haltom city, so i'm not expecting a 5 star dining experience. i was happy to even get food previously the service was so slow and poor.
because of the lack of service previously, i ordered everything in advance this time so i could just pick it up an be on my way. my plans were foiled shortly after arrival - some greasy, sweaty,, oil stained figure shoves past my daughter and i (as the line blocks the doorway) grabs a bag of ice, muscles his way in front of us to cut in line, and was greeted with a smile by the fake-eyebrowladyrunning the counter. after seeing the ordeal and seeing him cut in line in front of an 11 year old girl, i figured the fake eyebrow chick would have asked the gentleman to wait his turn. instead, they helped the gentleman out despite all the people in line he just cut in front of - needless to say, i didn't leave with my to go order and will never be returning.
