lisa's fried chicken

my fish fillets were thin sliced and fried outside edges were extremely crisp. whole fillet was like eating a frito with a fish flavor-no more fish for me-terrible dinner

absolute worst customer service i've ever seen.  let's be real, this is the dredges of haltom city, so i'm not expecting a 5 star dining experience.  i was happy to even get food previously the service was so slow and poor.

because of the lack of service previously, i ordered everything in advance this time so i could just pick it up an be on my way.  my plans were foiled shortly after arrival - some greasy, sweaty,, oil stained figure shoves past my daughter and i (as the line blocks the doorway) grabs a bag of ice, muscles his way in front of us to cut in line, and was greeted with a smile by the fake-eyebrow lady running the counter.  after seeing the ordeal and seeing him cut in line in front of an 11 year old girl, i figured the fake eyebrow chick would have asked the gentleman to wait his turn.  instead, they helped the gentleman out despite all the people in line he just cut in front of - needless to say, i didn't leave with my to go order and will never be returning.

painted eyebrow lady chose to let the fat guy cut in line and buy a bag of ice and let their $30 togo customer find somewhere else to frequent.... ... ...  interesting business logic....

so we don't go to gas stations for food just usually a generally accepted rule unless we have to. but i go to this place for food and gas 2nd lol. and for the ppl complaining about atmosphere it's still a gas station. if you expect some kind of evolution of fusion dining and gas station collaboration than no. sometimes the tables are dirty. because no one there is a waitress or waiter they are mostly attendants or cashiers. but for 5 bucks a plate of chicken with 2 sides or fried fish that's honestly great and fresh fried it's the spot when you want quality fast and cheap. and the best part is oddly i trust this fried chicken even though its a gas station because it doesn't look like some growth hormone t rex leg and breast you get at other franchise spots. and i can tell that fry oil gets changed often

unbearable, horrible atmosphere! rap music blasting so loud with every other lyric "fu**, bit**, etc. could not stand to sit there more than 5 minutes to eat so i went to my car to eat! would never take my mother or grandmother in there - they would be appalled - and definitely never take kids in there. hope the owner or management reads this and makes changes.

something current. i sometimes go to this lisa's fried chicken place because even though it is closer than the one on riverside, it takes longer to get there, but if i am in the neighborhood, i go there. lisa's has some of the best fried chicken i have eaten. they have large servings of chicken, and vegetables. my wife and i often share a 2 piece, or 3 piece chicken, green beans, and fries. the portions are great for two senior citizens. where else can two people get all they need to eat for under $6? service is quick, and polite, and accurate. what else can one ask of a fast food place. this restaurant also sells gasoline, snacks, and has a large area for those who want to eat in.

terrible, absolutely terrible! the food was great but the lady at the front did not say thank you, smile, nothing. yet of course when a young man comes in shes all smiles what kind of business are they running!

chicken off the chain. best tasting and inexpensively priced chicken place in fort worth, all i can tell you is go and have some and try the green beans. nothing like lisa's chicken with some cold tea.

service is direct and to the point, just the order and that is it... no friendly conversation just chicken.

best fried chicken. my friends from tcu told me about this chicken shack called lisas fried chicken. theyre all over ft worth. i think its privately owned but there are about 11 so i was told. all aside,... hot damn.... their chicken is the most flavorful fried chicken ever!!!! drumstick, jalapeno, ketchup..... hot damn.... so so good. kfc, churchs,..... no match !

delicious. this chicken was off the chain it was so good. i've heard of dis place fo years. service was aight maybe a lil slow but well worth it. my new joint to hang out at.

lisa fried chicken. i love this resturant becuase it my favorite dish of all.
