best restaurant here.
the food here is ultimate, way it's presented is really a nice. taste is just wow. service is a pro here and good as well. 1/2 is taken out for the non-availabilty of certain dishes. but it still tops my chart insuratfor authentic italian cuisine. the best insuratfor overall experience. all the visits here got better and better in experience. they would keep all the logs of your feedback and work hard on it. they know how to take care of their customers which is beautiful. love from me to everybody working here to make this a wonderful restaurant and experience. keep it that way for all the years... thank you for warm service and care.

we chose leonardo for its proximity to my friend's house. i wasn't expecting it to be so good.

the food was spectacular. i don't know which was my favorite (they all were), and with three of us ordering three dishes each, there was a lot to choose from. the spinach ravioli were a vision of what homemade pasta should taste like. we also tried jalapeno balls and mouth watering crispy pizza! the restaurant is gorgeous, the food presentation is beautiful.

let's talk about service. staff took care of everything without being intrusive. every dish was explained by the staff before ordering as to how it would be. this is by far the best italian food i've ever had and one of the best meals of any type. next trip tosuratand i know what my first stop will be.

first time insuratand i just couldn't find time to try the local food esp the gujarati thali due to a packed schedule. a long day ended at around 11 pm and we ended up at an italian restaurant in thepla land. 

not very surprisingly, this is an all veg restaurant which hurts a delhites stomach.

the decor is very calming and ambiance is good. we ordered the risotto ai funghi and alle verdue pizza. the risotto was specially really good, however i've had better vegetarian pizzas.

we also ordered two cold coffees, which by taste was fine but there was some sorcery on the bill where they mentioned 'signature mocktail' and charged us 250 odd bucks per glass.  hmm.. strange. nevertheless, a fine experience!

excellent choice for italian food insurat... very authentic and tasty food ... pastas were good and pizza also was awesome ... tiramisu was superb ... would definitely visit again ....

leonardo has a decent interior, a place wer u would like to seat down chit chat with ur love ones..
cleanliness/hygiene was excellent, certainly there are many restaurant around this place wer i can not stand in wash room..
anyways,
drink was horrible i guess more r&d needed, drink recommended by staffer.
i had some request in salad from menu but it wasn't available. so i guess they forgot first rule of excellent restaurant.. ( pl don't make big number fancy menu.. just add what ever u can always provides n available with u)
order some pasta it was excellent..
risotto was good..
staffers seems frustrated with something. he was confused. he was focused on tv.

this is just the place to be for a hefty dose of nearly perfect italian cuisine. the ambiance is pretty decent and the staff is also very friendly.
with quick service and delicious food, it is one of the best restaurants insuratcity.

one of the only places insuratwhich offers authentic italian food. tried the risotto and lasagne both were absolutely delicious.

i have visited leonardo on quite a few occasions and it's my favorite place insuratfor italian cuisine. the ambience is decent, service is great and a special mention for the very helpful manager.

- spiedeno ripiene : absolutely must-have! pre-order it, it needs some preparation time. superb appetizer.

- pesto pizza : not in the menu but they will make it for you. top it up with sundried tomatoes, black olives, goat's cheese. (wish they had rockets)

- gnocchi genovese : so glad you can have great gnocchi in surat!

tiramisu and chocolate mousse are also worth having.

first couple of times i found the food quite cheesy (when they had just opened up), almost killing the taste though they use gorgonzola. but they seem to have corrected it and it stays on the top of my list for italian food in surat.

getting hitched insuratand then finding a place for a perfect date. perhaps, there's only one sane restaurant insuratthat serves you the best - leonardo

the manager is a gem of a person. we booked a private table and the manager got it decorated with candles and rose petals all over, just how one would wish for!

what we ordered: champagne, leonardo special cheesy nachos, margarita pizza and tiramisu cake

we started over the date with a perfect pour of champagne followed by dinner and a complimentary drink.

tiramisu cake came to my rescue when i wanted to embark a ring in it to present it to my fiance.

when i first visited this place, i was shocked to see the variety in the menu.i dint expect an italian restaurant insuratto have such authentic taste.
their aglio olio is and pesto pizza are a must try for people looking for authentic italian taste.

i was traveling from ahmedabad tosuratto my cousin house, i found the yummy food on group on and get the vouchers. nice pasta, yummy nachos and specially chutney with cheese dips is awesome. they give us all menu jain, chef is asking for our taste also. nice ambience too.

one of the few restaurants insuratthat gives you the whole minimalistic, clean and fine dining vibe.

my staple order at leonardo is their gnocchi basilica. love the texture and flavours of the tomato sauce. we also ordered arrancini balls with gorgonzola paprika. the starter was flavourful and the stuffing was right quantity. they were nice enough to modify it according to our preference.

service is great without being too pushy. 

a sly insect crawled through where we were seated and mr. sujith promptly took care of it. would appreciate if they maintain the cleanliness a little more.

looking forward to try their mexican menu soon.

staying insuratfor so long, it was unfortunate that i hadn't been here. finally my family and i found the perfect opportunity when my cousin came over. we were in the mood for some italian and leonardo sprang to my mind. i was rather underwhelmed by the ambiance and expected much better from a restaurant that claims to be a fine dining one. the staff were courteous, polite and well trained. coming to the food, we ordered the penne portofino, leonardo's special ravioli and leonardo's special pizza. the penne portofino was nice, though it might have fared better with a more generous topping of cherry tomatoes, the pizza and the ravioli were really good. for dessert we ordered the chocolate fondue. served traditionally in a comunal pot over a chafing stand and heated with a candle, the fondue was delicious. it could have done with a better choice of fruits which go with chocolate as pineapple and chocolate aren't exactly a very good combination. pricing being on the higher side, recommend visiting this place on special occasions.
