new favorite cuisine. i came here last year with a group of friends, though i was feeling sick at the time and couldn't appreciate the experience entirely. therefore, tonight i gave them a second chance.
there was a pleasantatmospherefrom the moment i walked in. even with a small crowd already seated i had no problem receiving frequent hospitality and service. as soon as i sat down i was placed with a plate of traditional papadum, served with cilantro and chilies.
as an appetizer i ordered cheese nan which i ate too much of without giving thought to the sizable main dish that was on the way. the chicken chettinadu was fantastic with a perfect blend of flavor and spiciness. with the reasonable price also came a full meal's worth of leftovers that i will be happily enjoying tomorrow afternoon.
this would be a great place for a romantic evening, or a casual dinner with friends.
