gluten free semi-friendly. i love the food at larkburger and that they'll give you a burger wrapped in lettuce. what i can't understand is why don't they start using some of the excellent gf buns out there so people with celiac disease can eat a burger on abunwith the rest of their patrons? canyon bakehouse has had excellent buns for a year or more now and udi's just released their own gf buns. step up to the bun, people!
my pettybungripe aside, the burgers are juicy and cooked to the temperature you want and medium is actually pink, not just a pink spot. the fries are thin and very tasty (hubby like the truffle parmesan fries, but i'm not a big truffle fan). they also serve beer, which is nice for the grown ups. i've always seen plenty of kids at larkburger, so i'd also call it kid-friendly. we've never had a bad meal at larkburger in boulder.
on another topic, the boulder store is deafening, with about 1/2 the tables full and with a full house, you can't hear yourself think. i'd love to see this remedied to improve the dining experience.
