solid burger when you are in a hurry.  actually it's a solid burger when you aren't in a hurry.  had planned to go to another boulder spot known for their burgers, but there was an hour wait.  initially i thought this was a make-do place, but after eating here the fast-food casual place is just another advantage.  liked the ice tea selection, and the burgers were very good, as were the fries.  service and food quality also was much better than your usual fast food experiences.

so being able to get in and out quickly is just yet another reason to come here, as well as the free parking, but the food will keep you coming back.  don't be put off by the fast food image, yes you will be served quickly, but the food is much much better than the normal fast food burger in so many ways.

i've heard a lot of people complain about this place but i had a delicious burger and a lovely crisp hot order of fries. i would definitely go here again without hesitation. i like it better than most of the other fast food-ish burger places in town.

overrated. the burgers are fine (though nothing special), but the fries were just a soggy, heaping mess that i had to use a fork to try to eat. nasty. smashburger is far better.

great food at great prices. tile and chrome made the space uninviting on a cold, cold snowy day, but we took our deelicious burgers and fries to go... unusual to get such good meat and fries at such a reasonable price! portions generous, too.

budget gourmet. the burgers are tucked into a little box like a gift for your tummy. such simplicity in the menu, added in with great quality ingredients and just a few touches of gourmet. couple that with some fantastic staff and a super clean restaurant makes for almost burger perfection. personally, i do not care for the truffle fries but will try some alternative to them on a future visit to a larkburger. it was also amazing how environmentally friendly this company is. go here! your, palette will thank you.

gluten free semi-friendly. i love the food at larkburger and that they'll give you a burger wrapped in lettuce. what i can't understand is why don't they start using some of the excellent gf buns out there so people with celiac disease can eat a burger on a bun with the rest of their patrons? canyon bakehouse has had excellent buns for a year or more now and udi's just released their own gf buns. step up to the bun, people!

my petty bun gripe aside, the burgers are juicy and cooked to the temperature you want and medium is actually pink, not just a pink spot. the fries are thin and very tasty (hubby like the truffle parmesan fries, but i'm not a big truffle fan). they also serve beer, which is nice for the grown ups. i've always seen plenty of kids at larkburger, so i'd also call it kid-friendly. we've never had a bad meal at larkburger in boulder.

on another topic, the boulder store is deafening, with about 1/2 the tables full and with a full house, you can't hear yourself think. i'd love to see this remedied to improve the dining experience.

today i happened across a raccoon on the side of highway 36. nothing makes me sigh more than four fuzzy paws up. i don’t get it; in my decades of driving i’ve struck one bunny, one. happened when i was 16, fresh and stupid behind the wheel and paying no mind to the road at twilight because berlin’s “sex (i’m a…)” was on the radio and my girlfriend kelle and i were trying to moan like terri nunn. pay more attention, people. watch out for other living things. and sorry to harsh your foodie buzz. keep reading, it gets good. destination (again) boulder, pearl street mall and an open air art show, blocks and blocks and blocks long. after an afternoon of 100-degrees and closer-to-god sun braising my shoulders, i was too warm to dine al fresco as planned and headed back out of town. and into larkburger . considered the truffle burger (a standard 1/3 lb black angus burger with truffle aioli) but i wanted to dive into the infamous in local media truffle & parm

although a little overpriced, i found this place worth the money. the vegetarian amy burger was delicious, as were the parmesan and truffle fries! will definitely be returning soon!

pretty good. very clean, sparce by a hip place. the presentation was good, the burger was good, just lacked flavor, needs salt and pepper maybe. produce was crisp, bun was flavorable. fries were kinda different. real thin, but once i got to the bottom they were kind of greasy, next time i'll dump them onto the paper.

really tasty burgers!. i love the burgers here and the fact that i can get them without any bread (their low-carb option is gluten free). the only drawback to the place is their fries. they smell great and taste even better -- i can't resist!
