recently attended for a function in beer garden, another large group was booked out in the beer garden for 7pm fordinner& function i attended was booked from 8pm. was told by staff not to worry & that group should be done by time party started. this was not the case and im sure wouldn't have been a pleasent experience for patrons havingdinnerhaving a function going on around them whilst trying to eat dinner.
finger food wasnt brought out until 10pm and bar in beer garden wasnt opened for tab and everyone had to keep walking inside through bistro to order drinks.
tables had to be rearranged half way through party after otherdinnerguests left, causing some disruption.
staff were more concerned withdinnerbookings and not very welcoming or helpful.
one of the wait staff melea was lovely & etremely friendly & helpful.
all in all, pretty poor experience.
wont be rushing back & definitely will not be spending money here myself on a function if this the way you are treated.
