yummyfood,amazing service and above all staff is very helpful ,we had visited recently with our family there was iftar going on,nice buffet nice presentation.

very relaxing ambiance and thefoodis also great! , their pizza promo is a good way to enjoy their different types of pizza flavors. try it!

had been to this place for an iftar night. sorry to say we were really disappointed. first of all the spread that they claimed was hardly there. thefoodwas ice cold and looked like leftovers, even though we had reached the place at 7.30 pm ! the resturant staff was friendly and made us some arabic salad with fried chicken. the chicken was really hard and chewy ! main course almost had nothing to offer other than rice and a curry . the only savig grace was the umm ali. the place has such a beautiful view and decor with amazing staff if only thefoodwas atleast half as good as the venue !

very friendly staff, new place and the buffet spread is also pretty nice. i’ve seen couple of negative remarks but guys thefoodis not bad. they can improve their dessert spread though, else the place is value for money any day.

so after doing lot of research on zomato for 'ramadan with gold', found laguna restaurant. even though the zomato rating was only 3.3, decided to try this place because of their kids play area as we had two small kids with us.
the place was empty when we entered. we had one look at the spread and it was disappointing. we even thought about leaving, but were too hungry to leave. the starters had few options, the main course didnt have much variety either.
there is outdoor seating and since the play area was accessible from outside, we opted to sit out. the outdoor seating area was spacious and beautiful, had a projector screen.
all the staff were extremely sweet. since thefoodat the buffet were pretty cold, we were served a fresh platter of starters. the falafel and the small chicken fried pieces were the only ones we were able to enjoy.
umali was served on the table, which was decent.
the supervisor/manager named mr. priyesh(i m not sure if i got the name right) was patient enough to listen to our feedback. he introduced us to the chef mr. chamindra who brought us freshly prepared chicken tikka and rice. there was an egg on the rice which made it look good.

unfortunately the flavours, varieties.. nothing worked. the place is too beautiful to be empty on a thu night, which means a lot has to be done in regards to thefoodfor which a customer is paying!
wish thefoodwas at least half as good as the service provided.

thefoodwas absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing especially chicken tikka masala and the special mocktail , wake me up [fresh carrot, ginger and soda]and vacation vibes [passion fruit lime and ginger soda ]was great (even took photos so we could try to replicate at home).the podium terrace was quite nice for shisha and for movies nights ,special sports events on the large screen

it was first time visit. it has lovely ambience butfoodwas average didn't had that much taste.. though staff was very polite..

the staffs were not hospitable at all.
they had no customers but still they took so long to process our order .

pasta and caesar salad was okay.
but i liked lentil soup , chicken and umm ali .

thefoodquality is great, friendly and superb service from the staff from end to finish. the outdoor area is a bonus! has a good ambiance and a good place for family dining with kids as it has a kids play area.

nice spot in business bay,foodis home made. they have great outdoor area with kids play area. recommended for families with kids even you can do  your work in one of their private dinning area inside the restaurant.

great ambiance and availablity of outdoor space before and after dining was a real bonus. we were welcomed by raj and bharat, who ensured the best of service. choice on menu was excellent and quality offoodwas first class.  nishtha and dilani were helpful when we were choosingfoodand were friendly when serving our food.   restaurant decor was stylish with great attention to detail.  we will certainly return to laguna on our next trip to dubai.

great ambiance, greatfoodand superb service by their crews specially the lady named "joana" who was very accomodating and efficient! a big thumbs up to you ma'am and to all their staff. i 100% recommend laguna restaurant.

i had a great dinner at the restaurant, bharat pal was a great host and made sure my stay was comfortable. my orders came quick and thefoodwas delicious. everything i required was provided and made sure to be there if any requests were made. bharat made the service exceptional.

one of the best places we went to this ramadan. the atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming. the stuff is extremely friendly, attentive and accommodating, thefoodis delicious and plenty of. will definitely come back and highly recommend!
