it has been a long time since i have had a meal this good.. i will have to say, i have traveled a lot. my job has taken me to many cities with well known cuisine. little did i know this gem was hiding here in brevard county. how can someone make white rice so delicious?? i mean it is just plain white rice! the steak...perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned! and do not even get me started on the sangria!!! the service was beyond any expectations anyone could have. we felt as if we were part of the family. carlos takes much pride in his establishment and it clearly shows. everything was perfect! we started with (sangria) arepa de choclo(sweet corn cake with cheese), the salad that came with my meal--carlos does this amazing thing with the onions-delish!!! my main course was the churrasco la estancia(skirt steak), it was modestly priced. i have paid 3 times the amount for a steak that was sub par. so tender!!! and we had to sample the tres leches and flan! then carlos bragged about his cappuccino...he was right-the best!!! i have found a new favorite spot!!! do not pass up an opportunity to try them out! you will not be disappointed!

deliciously different. a little spot in a strip mall, next to a grocery store should not have such delicious food!

food is excelente. carlos was our congenial server. everything we ordered was muy delicioso. i had the shrimp scampi in a wonderful cream sauce, with white rice green plantains and salad. house dressing on the salad. large, tasty shrimp. my husband had the bandeja paisa, which is like three meals in one. of course we had leftovers as their portions are very generous. and their prices are reasonable. nice atmosphere too. we will return.

friendly atmosphere and good food. carols flagged me and a friend as we were walking away from his restaurant to get a sub at a local supermarket. he assured us the food at the restaurant was better than anything the supermarket would have, and he invited us in. i'm glad we took his invitation. the food was very good and you can't beat the price. carlos and his wife were happy to have us (and indeed all his lunchtime guests). i'd recommend this to anyone, and will of course be returning.

food is an art and la estancia de luisa has mastered it. when it comes to colombian dishes it begins and ends at this place. we give it 5 stars. the customer service is warm and friendly. we drove from orlando, which is about an hour drive and it was well worth the trip!

great lunch. brought a friend with me for our first visit to this restaurant.
we both had baddeja paisa on the owner's recommendation as one of the most authentically columbia items on the menu. we were very impressed.
also enjoyed the complimentary empanadas, in honor of our first visit.
on the owner's recommendation we finished up with the flan and tres leches. we each sampled both of them. they were both delicious.
the restaurant is very impressive. the owner was an excellent guide.
the food was wonderful.
i have added la estancia to my list of favorite places to eat in the melbourne area.

superb !. enjoyed the breaded fish w/tropical sauce,rice,beans, and sweet plantains, also to mixed especial plate of pork, chicken, steak,fried pork rind (more like deep fried thick bacon but only better !)also with rice , beans, and sweet plantains and a white corn cake, nice dipping sauce, had amazing soup,w/ pork corn,yucca, and potato,pork rib meat, fresh cilantro, all comes with house salad and very nice house dressing. the beef and potato empanadas with the green salsa were also fantastic, topped it all off with their homemade flan, best i've ever had! all was very authentic columbian home cooking at it's finest. high recommend this place for a amazing culinary experience. carlos the owner is very hands on and dedicated to providing his customers with the bests dining experience, from service to the food . *****

la estancia de luisa is one of those hidden gems only the locals seem to know about. i came here on the recommendation of a friend while i was in town.

i had the bandeja paisa, morcilla, empanadas and the flan. i can't speak to the rest of the menu but everything i had was absolutely amazing! i will be back and would highly recommend this restaurant!

the owner carlos & his staff made our dinning experience but let's talk about the food start with the salad it was like a happy party in my mouth finish with one of the best carne asada i've ever eaten.
everything a must have again the combian empanadas to die for.

been coming here for years. the food, service excellent. they are all friendly and kind. i will continue to come here. the bistek a caballo and thw fish special is great.

get the bistec cabella it is amazing, and you can't get better coffee anywhere in town. i highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!

excelente. had lunch for two at la estancia today and it was a fabulous experience from beginning to end. warm and welcoming greeting, attentive service throughout, suggestions for things to try (i will definitely return for more arepas!), and to top it all off, the food was riquisima! i also left the restaurant carrying an entire quart of their green salsa that i had purchased because i just couldn't get enough of it. sooooo worth the visit! i highly recommend la estancia de luisa and am thrilled to have such wonderful colombian food right here in my palm bay neighborhood.
