kyoto palace (japanese) a dinner we'll never forget. the service is rather quick, you'd probably never know the passage of time unless you had a watch or did nothing. theshowthey put on is very enjoyable to watch and the food that they serve to your plate from thatshowis exquisite!
i forget the actual name of the order but i had the all seafood order: cooked shrimp, scallops, and calamari. each chef has their own unique specialty, such as twirling the knives in mid-air, or flipping egg shells into their hat, maybe making the bowls of rice fly thru the air without the rice falling! every second was enjoyable!
