what a horrible experience.. the service is extremely pathetic.. when we complained to the waiter for the delay, he replied rudely that u r lucky to get your food so early.
the fish curry we ordered had just one small fish piece. the paneer kadhai was too salty.. no one entertained our complaints.
the steamed rice was also tasteless.
not a single good thing about this place..

we went for dinner with my friends. and i must say. plz don't visit this restaurant again.
1)very poor service
2)staff miss behaviour
3) partiality as we were from north.
4) and when we ask for late service then they replied u should be thankful that u got early.

i am really disappointed after visiting this place.

a nice place to have an outing decent atmosphere, though service is not that good but food items are quite tasty. speciality is ghee roast mutton, other items are decent as well.

was having a great expectations looking at the name which means mangalore. nothing much to match the name it self. needs lot of improvement

authentic south indian food. reasonably priced. offers good variety of dosas. really yummy crispy on the outside soft on the inside vada if you have it in the morning. nice filter coffee to go along with every dish you order here.

so we were here in a large group and had pre-ordered a meal... so the review may not hold for an a la carte experience. the service was extremely slow. the food was all decent but not the most hygienic or healthy, and they had sone really old and beyond expiry icecreams/kulfis.

definitely not recommended.

first day and first restaurant in mangalore.
visited this restaurant for lunch and had amazing experience with food. (veg food)
had ordered veg kolhapuri, veg biryani, and roti.

everything was just perfect quantity and quality wise.

since lunch was super so we decided to have dinner also at the same place.
dinner time we ordered masala papad which was good, paneer chilly which was not good at all. paneer was like over cooked and felt like was not fresh also and again veg biryani which was again not good as earlier and we found one insect. that was the worst part of the dinner.

overall i don't know how to rate this but gave rating on my lunch experience.yathin

i went mangalore on a trip last weekend. it was eid. we went for dinner. location is nice near to jyoti circle balmatta...we have to wait three for 30min as it was rushed.. finally we got place.. we have ordered hara bhara kabab, vegetable biriyani and paner tufani.. food was delicious. cost was good.. i liked it.. i ll definitely go to this restaurant in future if i go mangalore

had the chicken ghee roast with naan. chicken is delicious, (cheese?) naan(which had no cheese on it, or maybe they messed up our order) was a bit chewy but garlic nan was yum so order that

what more can you expect from a restaurant in south india which serves north indian food. but this place denies this fact. they serve north indian food which not only tastes great but even makes you lick your finger.
the best place for every kind of food and drinks. i ordered kadai paneer, dal tadka and tandoori rotis, which had lovely taste. a must visit food space in mangalore.

i love paneer biryani,curd rice,daal khichdi they serve here😍 presentation as well as the food here will definitely make you visit this place again 😋

chicken pepper fry is not fresh. when asked, they argued it's fresh which is not. then i ordered egg fry witch was ok. ambience is below average. price is ok.

one of my favourite restaurants. amazing mangalorean food served.must visit if you are in mangalore.my favourite is the chicken tawa fry. the prices are also reasonable.
