upon first arrival, it was a hotboxed but aromatically pleasantplacewith a contemporary feel to it-- pretty interesting. i usually like my meats extremely rare and so i put the brisket on the grill for the best of 20 seconds and swiped it onto my plate. dipping it in some 쌈장 and masticating the morsel with a medley of veggies, it tasted a bit odd. of course, eating mostly raw brisket is odd in itself, the meat tasted like it was frozen for a good, long while and then de-thawed for an uncomfortable period of time. whether i get a bug in my stomach or not is my responsibility, but that tied with fairly poor service (which theplacewas honestly understaffed at the time), it didn't make for much of a visit. i was glad to have tried it out as a novelty.
