nice food and nice service. it was a greatplacefor me and my family for my hasband birthday. i had lobster scallop and shrimp. the food was great and the service is superb. i paid for the food and the tips and they worth my dollar. overall it's a wonderful experience. thanks.

this is the worst habachiplacei have ever been. i recommend japon in plano or chaucers. those are much better. this food was awful & everything had a disgusting sauce on it.

first time experience!!. saturday night was my first time going to a japanese restaurant. very friendly staff, our chef cook, elmer put on a show with his amazing skills and tricks and of course the food was amazing. from the chicken to the vegetables, everything had an amazing flavor to it. i would recommend thisplaceto anyone who wants to try out something different. the price of an entree would cost around twenty five to thirty depending on what you order but at the end it's all worth it.

onion volcano!. went here on a friday night for a business function - have heard good things about the restaurant previously.

pro's: nice lounge area, all food was of high quality, friendly service

con's: parking can be very difficult on nights, dessert left something to be desired, very large parties are a bit cramped

a very nice experience and might be the best hibachi i have had in texas. be warned - parking is at a premium on friday nights, many cars circling the parking lot like vultures.

tried the chicken and filet - i do not know what they do to their meats, but wow were they tender. the chef was very entertaining and and had a lot of good interaction. i am not a big seafood guy but that shrimp appetizer was tasty. we had a choice of some different flavors of sherbet, which was a small scoop in a bowl. a little disappointing considering how everything else went.

voted a "like", though i have only been to a few, is the best hibachiplacei have ate at in the last few years.

funplaceto eat with friends, but there no sushi there

greatness. this is my all time favoriteplaceto eat. i have been going to kobe's ever other week for the past 13 years. i am so hooked. the food is great and the service is even better. it's a must try and will soon be one of your favorites.

bad service. ok, just afew weeks ago i told you it was the bestplaceto eat. i have ate at kobes now for over 4 yrs and was insulted tonight. i normally tip really well. i leave the door man tips, the wait staff tips ect... one night my husband did not feel like we should leave a girl a tip there so we did not leave one because she did not wait on us. never nothing said. we kept tipping the other waitress and we have even tiped her when she did her job. well tonight she told us how much we should be tipping her. i was very disappointed. i have never had bad service up until tonight. we left a tip and told the general manger that we would not becoming back again. i was very insulted. people want to get paid for doing nothing. we eat at kobe's 7 to 8 times a month. meals start at 23.00 . u can figure what he will lose in business now.

kobe's resturant. luv the food. my favoritplaceto go. the people are great and the food is wonderful. never had a bad meal. everyone is always so nice.

#1placeto eat in dallas. i am 36 and started going there when i was 18 years old and have been back a minimum of 50x's over the last 18 years. i have never had a bad dinner there. the very few times i had a small issue they were very good at getting it resolved quickly. greatplaceto enjoy a dinner, take a date, or celebrate any occasion! you cannot go wrong eating there, well worth the money by far. no other hibachi bar comes close to the flavors and tastes that kobe steaks offers!

hope to come back. we visited kobe steaks to try to find a new hibachiplaceafter moving into the area. i am impressed by the lounge area (important area since there is usually a wait as they do not take reservations friday or saturday). we enjoyed a few drinks and were sat within 35 minutes. my wife was unfortunately not feeling well (she hadn't been feeling that well earlier that day but we still decided to give dinner a try). the waiter was friendly in providing to-go boxes for our dinner and expediting our pay. i had the dinner later and it was delicious. hopefully we can come back and enjoy a full dining experience in this beautiful restaurant. a word of warning: some of the hibachi tables ask guests to remove their shoes.

traditional japanese hibachi grill house. the wait time was about 20mins when i visited on new years night. where my date and myself lounged and had cocktails in traditional japanese service style. it was odd though to have separate drink and dinner tickets, other dining experiences sometimes do the same however. thisplacecould benefit from having free wifi installed and a few other high tech amenities. the hibachi performance was ok, a good actor and chef, however i have had better. they do not serve sushi here, but they have a wonderful menu of many japanese selections. the cocktails and beeru were wonderful. keep in mind that i'm a hardline critic with japanese food having lived in kanagawa for two years. this is a definite must for those who like a good grill or hibachi experience.
