kobe steaks japanese restaurant

my dad has been dining here for 35 years, everyone in our family goes and it's always a wonderful time. the manager, bartenders and waitresses know us by name and are always so pleasant and funny. i really enjoy the food, the atmosphere, even waiting in their bar area is part ofthe trip i look forward to. you can cut your steak with a fork and their ginger salad dressing is to die for. on a date they even let me stay until they were completely done cleaning the whole restaurant and it was empty. i have been here a hundred times and i have never had onebadexperience, ever! it's a must.

worst japanese restaurant ever. hibashi dinners were prepared by a rookie cook who took 30 minutes between te rice and the meat (instead of everything being ready at the same time). derive was so bad: took my beer away when it was half full, did not let me finish my salad, charged us for another party's drinks, had to take my shoes off to sit at the table....badbadbadbad

bad service. ok, just afew weeks ago i told you it was the best place to eat. i have ate at kobes now for over 4 yrs and was insulted tonight. i normally tip really well. i leave the door man tips, the wait staff tips ect... one night my husband did not feel like we should leave a girl a tip there so we did not leave one because she did not wait on us. never nothing said. we kept tipping the other waitress and we have even tiped her when she did her job. well tonight she told us how much we should be tipping her. i was very disappointed. i have never hadbadservice up until tonight. we left a tip and told the general manger that we would not becoming back again. i was very insulted. people want to get paid for doing nothing. we eat at kobe's 7 to 8 times a month. meals start at 23.00 . u can figure what he will lose in business now.

kobe's resturant. luv the food. my favorit place to go. the people are great and the food is wonderful. never had abadmeal. everyone is always so nice.

#1 place to eat in dallas. i am 36 and started going there when i was 18 years old and have been back a minimum of 50x's over the last 18 years. i have never had abaddinner there. the very few times i had a small issue they were very good at getting it resolved quickly. great place to enjoy a dinner, take a date, or celebrate any occasion! you cannot go wrong eating there, well worth the money by far. no other hibachi bar comes close to the flavors and tastes that kobe steaks offers!
