awful now... before kincaid's expanded and opened locations in southlake and the highlands, i used to make the drive from arlington to ft. worth (off camp bowie) to eat at kincaid's. theirburgersused to be really good and it was truly a burger joint. after they opened in southlake and arlington, theburgersbecame sub par, bland, the price increased...now it's more about making profit than making good burgers. i am saddened by the death of kincaid's.

perfect location. easily one of my favorite places in oakland. the location in jack london square is absolutely perfect and it really makes it a great place for dinner. the bar area is extremely nice, there are plenty of tables and you have a nice view of the harbor and the boats coming in. i've never had a problem with any of the food here, theburgersare really good if you're not trying to order something very expensive. the clam chowder is some of the best i've had and i make it a point to have some whenever i stop in. staff is very friendly and always outgoing, definitely check this place out if you have not been before!

awesome burgers. been to kincaid's in the highlands countless number of times. theburgersand fries are always warm and tasty. good service from the people behind the counter. awesome atmosphere!

i like it!. greatburgersand best okra! kinda pricey (bacon cheeseburger/okra/drink=$9) but if you think about it same price as a red robin minus tip and just a few $ more than wendy's. definitely worth it!

old fashioned burgers. kincaid's serves old fashion fresh madeburgerswith a family attmosphere. the staff are always friendly and theburgersare half pounders, so come hungry. fries, okra, and onion rings are all good. i have not been to this location when it was not clean and well maintained. managers come around to the tables to check on you and see if things are done right. no it's not a fancy place but when your in the mood for and old fashioned burger it's great.

can you say greasy?. i used about 10 napkins with one burger, prices high can get better biggerburgersat hoffbraus without the artery clogging grease burger here

they have a very welcoming atmosphere and theburgersare made fresh while you wait. but as you eat make sure you have plenty of napkins.
