i was in ooty for few days and came across this place. went there to parcel my dinner one night. gave the order. place was full ofpeopleevery body waiting for there food. the management of the orders and delivering them was pretty poor andpeoplewere waiting for there food for almost 45 min now.peoplestarted shouting and were a completely dissatisfied with the time its taking. finally i got my parcel after 1 hr. giving 2 start because the food was good but the service was horrible. i am not sure if thispeoplewere not prepared for large crowds.
