if you want your trip to be screwed because of bad lunch/dinner then only visit this hell restaurant, else avoid this place in any situation. even 1 star is high for this restaurant. pathetic food & service. menu is to just show off that they have n number of items. but when you will visit half of the menu won't be available. even what is available is pathetic, raw vegetables in kadai paneer, raw naan and raw mushroom. as per them once ordered, nothing can be done. when you will complaint, cook is busy and hence cannot do anything.

uncooked naan, same curry base for all veg and non veg gravies. only one piece of fish in fish thali. waiters doesn't even understand what we want. we wanted a dry veg item and he said he will only bring gravy item as it will be quick to cook. no curd in 180 rupee thali and sweet dish is burnt and bland. not recommended for anyone who is visiting ooty. these guys pays your cab drivers to bring you to this hotel and charges you for whatever your driver eat. not recommended for any north indians especially vegetarians.

location is good ,parking space avaliable but a bit difficult as the slope road is a bit not been repaired,food was good ,ambience was ok ,staff behaviour not so much appreciated ,

friendly staff, mouth watering chicken tandoor, nice taste of all except few dishes like butter chicken, pepper chicken. pleasant place with family and friends.

we ordered chicken fried rice and chicken chilly. for both the plates the quantity was very less. had been to other restaurants in ooty, but here the quantity was very less. also as it was a weekend the service was a bit slow.

the place is a real bliss and talking about the food is just awesome. really enjoyed the morning snacks which they serve. would really increase the appetite.

i dunno why our bus driver used to drop us here for lunch... i only had food here once that too egg chowmin .. was too afraid to pinch my pocket 🤣🤣🤣
otherwise u can give this place a try as they everything available except for soup ( which i needed most) even during lunch time( not expected)
clean , hygenic place with high wooden stools ...
serving portion is too less for the price they r taking...

lovely foods, good smell and taste with reasonable price. i had ordered chicken biriyani was a delicious one, just found homely taste, ghee rice and jeera rice are also superb

happened to see puttu and kappa on their menu and decided to get it packed for dinner. but on the day i landed at their restaurant in the evening, i was given to understand that both the items were not there. they were kind enough to inform me that they could make it for me if informed,  a day in advance. told them to have it delivered the next day to the hotel where we were staying and which was close by. a couple of reminders over phone and at the designated time, the food was delivered. both the dishes were well made though would have been happier had they served the kadalai curry with the black channa. nevertheless, enjoyed these dishes,

i was in ooty for few days and came across this place. went there to parcel my dinner one night. gave the order. place was full of people every body waiting for there food. the management of the orders and delivering them was pretty poor and people were waiting for there food for almost 45 min now. people started shouting and were a completely dissatisfied with the time its taking. finally i got my parcel after 1 hr. giving 2 start because the food was good but the service was horrible. i am not sure if this people were not prepared for large crowds.

we stopped here for lunch while leaving from ooty to bangalore. it was a very good experience. we ordered jeera rice,dal fry,naans,tandoori chicken,mushroom masala and kulfi. all the items were very good. service was very quick. price is very reasonable. ambience and location is also very good. overall we had a great time here.would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

got se best dishes in this restaurant, kinda comfort food it was. a good and decent place in ooty. they do delivery to nearby cottages. price is reasonable. portion wise it was good. overall it was good experience.
