3.5 out of 5. my wife and i tried kellers for the first time tonight. we were not that impressed. the hi light was the sauce. both the regular and sweet were amazing! i had a sliced pork sandwich on garlic bread. the pork was fine. i could not taste any smoke on it and there seemed to be no seasoning on the bark. i got the regular and it was much to small. left me wanting.
for sides we had the mac and cheese, fries and beans. the beans were good but tasted like a can of bushes. the mac and cheese was excellent. the highlight of the sides. we split a whole basket of fries.,it was a ton! they were crinkle cut and done right, but again were bland and had no seasoning. i could, have just got a bag of fries from wal-mart myself and got the same results.
from what i have tried in central florida i would put kellers way below 4rivers, just below dickeys and well above sunny's. i was hoping for more. at least if have pork on my own smoker as we speak that will be done the right way forlunchtomorrow.

first time - it's good!. met a friend staying in orlando for lunch. lake mary was half way for both of us and so we researched some spots on urbanspoon.com. this one got good reviews and rightfully so.

it's been here for quite some time and was very crowded for lunch. a little hard to find from just the address. it's located in the rear of a large shopping center that also includes too jays; this wil help you find it.

it's waitress service. large menu and that's a challenge. they offer several portion sizes and if you are considering their ribs, be aware that choosing the right offering makes a big difference. i made a mistake.

if you have any appetite, stay away from theirlunchspecial ($7.99) portion of ribs. there's only two ribs, two slices of texas toast and one side. since their ribs (st. louis) are very good, you may wish you'd ordered the larger portion ($9.99) or their "all u can east" ($15.99) offering. i never noticed the $9.99 rib offering.

we had an order of their fried corn nuggets as an appetizer and they were very good. my friend had the sampler plate with ribs, sliced pork and sliced beef (they do not have brisket : (( he liked his, too.

their baked beans are excellent. one of the best versions i've ever had.

best bbq in town. all i can say is wow! i used the urban spoon to pick a place to go tolunchtoday and it pulled up keller’s. i had never been there before, and now i’m wondering where this place has been all of my life.

keller’s is a small little nook in the shopping plaza right off of lake mary blvd and lake emma road. seating is limited during thelunchhour rush so get there a little early to avoid having trouble finding a table. the menu has a wide selection of bbq dishes as well as normal things like sandwiches, burgers, and so on. today i had a pulled pork meal for lunch. it came with 3 sides; i picked beans mashed potatoes and fries (yes i know that’s 2 servings of potatoes but i’m not a fan of veggies)

the pork was out of this world. normally when you get pulled pork at a place like sonny’s or smokey bones its usually in the form of a gelatinous blob scooped out of some big pulled pork bucket with an ice-cream scooper… not the case here. this looked fantastic, hand pulled with no nasty clumps of fat mixed in. the mashed potatoes were a creamy delight topped with delicious brown gravy (just like mom makes). the beans… oh the beans were what i would imagine baked beans would taste like if god were to invite me over for a bbq in his heavenly back yard. the fries were lack luster but still good, they were made perfect though by squeezing a little bit of keller’s mustard based bbq sauce on them.
as an added bonus all of the waitresses were cute and friendly and so was the cashier. i will definitely be coming back soon!
