this is not accepted by a well known confectionery like you. katrina has been my go to for birthday cakes whether family or friends. but this time highly disappointed by the way the cake was handled..i hadorderedthe swiss roll cake for delivery for my friends child's birthday and this is how it was delivered. message totally gone, cake smashed to the corner a complete mess.
