u will place your order and pay then they call u and tell u that the cake u ordered is out of stock! and will send to u some thing else!! many times they do same thing ! they will force you to buy what they have

the pastries had fallen over and mashed a bit in the box, since the box was so big!

this is not accepted by a well known confectionery like you. katrina has been my go to for birthday cakes whether family or friends. but this time highly disappointed by the way the cake was handled..i had ordered the swiss roll cake for delivery for my friends child's birthday and this is how it was delivered. message totally gone, cake smashed to the corner a complete mess.
