we tried karak & rigag located in al mamzar for the first time and omg i became a hardcore fan of them instantly. serves a wide range of food and beverages with an emarati twist.
everything that we tried was perfect.
a good place to car hop and chill.
beautiful outdoor swings seating arrangement. friendly staff too.

🍝alfredo pink sauce chicken pasta - 10/10 - aed33 - my fav. the best pink sauce pasta i have ever tried.servedhot. flavor to die for. blend was perfect. quantity enough for 2 people.

🥞mix cocktail pancakes - 10/10 - aed23 - consists of lotus, kinder, nutella and white chocolate mini pancakes. fluffy and soft. heavenly. impossible to resist. cravings satisfied.

🥤blueberry mojito with 7up - 9/10 - aed15 - ahh, so refreshing.🤤

recently i visited this cafe at mamzar, i didn’t expect that my visit will turn out this amazing. i loved each and everything. their food is super delicious i mean each and every dish has a pleasing taste. their food quality is absolutely perfect. from the starter to the dessert it was all perfectly cooked andservedwith love.

staff was friendly as well but i feel that service could be quicker as it took alot of time to serve our food.
they have an amazing swing seating area outside which is absolutely perfect for winter season to sit and chill. perfect place to visit with friends & colleagues. if you visit this place do try their all of the dishes. i’m sure you won’t regret it. i would definitely recommend this place.

this place is located at mamzar. the ambience of this place is very nice and also very friendly staff and great service. so coming to the food they have lots of varieties to choose from the food i ordered was pink pasta, pizza rigag, burger, loaded fries, brownie with ice cream and pancake everything was very delicious and freshlyservedto us plus the prices are very reasonable......highly recommended

a perfect cafe to have a lovely snack by the beach. they have very limited indoor seating and outdoors they have chairs and swing chairs which is lovely. we ordered the lotus milkshake which was delicious and flavousome. the quantity is good enough for a person. we also had the pink sauce pasta which wasservedhot, creamy and good to be shared.

the staff was very friendly and the food wasservednice and fresh to us . it was a good experience and i would recommend it to my friends and family

we were excited to try out karak & rigag at al mamzar & we had a more than happy experience. it’s not your average karak tea joint. they serve emarati food with a twist, burgers, pasta, shakes and desserts. 

we dug into their menu and found out they had loads to offer. the restaurant is small so there is not much space for the dining area inside the restaurant. the outdoor seating is pretty cosy with swinging chairs. 

we started with karak tea. they have a lot of karak and milk in many flavour varieties. we also wanted to try out zaafran (saffron) tea but it wasn’t available. 

the rigag here is a must try. the rigag is a wafer-thin bread and is well-known in the wider gulf region. it’s freshly cooked in house over a large pan and stuffed with good portions of cheese, veggies and meat/chicken (stuffing as per your selection of pizza). we couldn’t stop at one slice and one could feel the flavours in every bite. we tried the chicken pizza rigag. we were stunned by how tasty this thing could be. 

for milkshakes, we tried the lotus shake. they have a good range of chocolate shakes too. would try the other shakes next time we visit as the lotus shake was excellent. 

rolls are another speciality of this restaurant. we tried the chicken mayo garlic roll and we must admit that this was the best roll we ever had. the flavours were tantalizing and literally, all our taste buds and senses were awakened. they claim this is one of their best selling items, and it has 100 reasons to be so!!

we then tried the alfredo pink pasta which was creamy and rich in flavour. it was really creamy and the sauce was top notch. the pasta range is very limited on the menu and we definitely were glad to order this. 

for fries, we ordered the peri peri fries. as the name suggests, the fries were spicy and satisfying. 

we couldn’t miss trying the desserts, so we called for traditional luqaimat in dibs (date syrup). you can choose from honey, lotus and nutella as well. and also, we called for brownie heaven cake which we totally loved. it wasservedwith vanilla ice cream and we finished it in no time! 

parking could be an issue during the weekend but you can also comfortably side park your car and munch on the food seated in your ride. the staff takes your order from your car and delivers it to you as well.  

we left with satisfied tummies and a never forgetful experience. we would definitely come back here.

i was a regular customer to this place for their riggs,luqaimat and pancakes but lately their luqaimatservedaren't fresh they have a sour kind of taste we have repeatedly asked them to check but everytime they say no it's resolved but it's still the same.
the management needs to check on this asap before losing many loyal customers for not serving quality food.

with such a huge variety on the menu, i won't be doing justice if i say that only their street food and desserts are good. this is a place where you can visit and relax or just sit in the comfort of your car and enjoy the rigag's and rolls. 

the place is done up cutely with swings and chairs for seating and with the awesome weather now, i could spend hours with my legs up on the swing enjoying the scrumptious food.

i was here one evening and enjoyed some of their specialities. we started with a pizza rigag. the rigag is a wafer-thin bread and is most well-known breads in the gulf region. with generous portion of cheese and veggies, this one isservedhot. i could not stop with one slice.

we then had a pasta in red sauce. i was pleasantly surprised with this option in the menu and did not regret the choice of trying this. it was perfectly creamy and the sauce had a great taste.

we had the blueberry mocktail and a nutella shake. the berry mocktail was perfectly refreshing and would be an awesome drink for the afternoon. the nutella shake was the creamiest, not very heavy and is an absolute treat !

it was then my favourites - the roll and the sheek kababs. typical street food, the paratha roll with chicken in hot garlic sauce was mind blowing. the fusion of a chinese sauce with chicken and wrapped in a paratha is a superb combination. this one is not to be missed at all.

the sheek kabab is another speciality of this place and are eitherservedin a roll or with paratha on the side. we had the kababs which wereservedwith green spicy chutney. the kababs were extremely soft and i can't wait to go back and have them again in a paratha roll.

well, one does not leave this place without having desserts. we had a molten lava cake that was totally covered with chocolate and had chocolate oozing out of it.servedwith vanilla ice cream which is a great combination, i am sure that no one could stop with one bite. we polished it off in no time. the show stopper for the evening was baked with love andservedhot - it was a kinder jar. perfectly smooth and hot, this one was sure worth the wait !

was outside karak & rigag no one was coming out to take our order inspite of several honks no one still came then i had to literally step out and go to the shop and order for a karak , it costed me dhs 4/- only and the tea wasservedto me within 2 mins of time which is fair enough . the tea was good not bad , the aroma of the karak tea was 👍🏻
