excellentserviceby this restaurant.i love to order from here.but they make little bit delay.i specialy liked the burger and french fries.the ssmoothies are also awsome

had a very horrific and nauseating experience here on new years. visited them at around 2am as we were starving and kahawa was the only "decent" eatery open at this time at our proximity. we ordered 5 sandwiches which were served one after the other. to our shock we found a couple of "worms" on the lettuce served along with the sandwich, my cousin was startled by this and reacted in shock, the lady at the counter approched us seeing the commotion. with much exasperation we told her what happened while i removed my phone to get a picture of it, she immediately removed the plate from the table, and shocked us yet again!!! she was really apethetic to the whole fiasco and behaved in a way as if this is a usual situation and even sarcastically proclaimed that worms are high in protein!!! she said she will serve another round of sandwich and returned by serving the same sandwich without any salad. we were in complete disbelief by the level of customerserviceand reactivity and in the process lost our entire appetite, we cancelled the rest of the orders and ended up paying for the food which we already started eating dispite us quipping and asking if we should pay.

loved the fudge shake with the tiny pieces of cake in it. burgers were fine but the waiter mixed up the orders.servicewas really slow too; had to wait half an hour for the burgers to be served.

unprofessional behaviour from theservicestaff on multiple occasions. the food quality and standard is also very low. i had an experience of getting plastic in one of their drinks. i am never going back to this place.

went for late night meal . we were told it will be ready in 20 mins (order of 3 noodles) but they took more than 50 minutes and that too not satisfactory .
they didn't even tell us that it would take this much time and made excuses that they have run out of stock of noodles which they never informed us. we had come at 0245 and at 0400 also our order was also not ready. our order was a simple order of 3 noodles.serviceis really pathetic here . too much time taking . i will advice you should order on phone 30 mins before you leave from home to this place.

theservicehas been pathetic as the staff itself is not aware of the products they have or not.
kahwa was a place most desired to go at it night but has definitely lost its charm.

this is the first time i'm writing something negative about a place. wish i could give a rating for zero. theservicewas really below expectations. we had given an order for chicken a la kiev and green lemon iced tea. the green lemon iced tea had a really pungent taste. it wasn't up-to the mark. coming to the chicken dish that did not reach the table at all. for almost one hour we had to wait for the dish. despite of reminding the staff for more than 3-4 times about the dish the only reply we were getting was it will take 5 more minutes. in the end i had to cancel the order and that order was also cancelled with so much ease which seemed like it wasn't placed only. i really was not expecting such aservicefrom the staff. i would not recommend this place to anyone.

the place is just average. ambience is good, good for hangouts butserviceis not much proper. also food tasted bland. i ordered mexican chicken noodles, no salt, no vinegar.. though chicken burger was good. spaghetti was really disappointing too.

a mixed experience. kahawa barely ticks the right boxes. theserviceleaves a lot to be improved, and the food could have been better.

the ambiance is the only thing going right for kahawa. i ordered tenderloin beef steak with black pepper sauce and irish coffee, the latter for it was recommended by an acquaintance. the irish coffee was just okay. the beef steak was undercooked and i had a tough time portioning it. the dish tasted very good, but was marred by the undercooked meat.

the waiters are in a world of their own, and i had to make all sort of gestures to grab their attention, finally having to resort to the ultimate attention grabber - a loud “excuse me”. i also had a bit of a tough time conveying the order and suggestion to the waiters. theservicejust needs to be made more attentive, that’s all.

the seating is well set and spacious, with some cool music playing in the background.

the menu is priced at par with the peers. the menu focuses on continental dishes.

the dessert options are limited.

i would easily pass kahawa for someplace else.

kochi isn't into the late night vibes like few other cities are, but a few into the night cafés make sure kochi people are safe and well fed during night outs.
kahawa is one where you can stay as long as you want late into night and talk with your friends over good food. they have plenty of space to accommodate many and the pricing seems affordable.
we ordered a brownie with ice-cream and a carrot juice from their special menu. they were great, can't complain much! ;)serviceand the staff are excellent plus their music sets a good vibe to chill.

ambience is alright. i think they need to redo it a bit. the food is good. nothing spectacular but good for the price. theserviceis good. music too.

kahawa was in my list for a long time ... visited the spot on the ramzan night with a friend... its one of the best places to spend/kill sometime by sipping some wonderful beverages and tasting some great snacks... had lemon honey iced tea, cafe latte and fish fingers... everything was really well and good... fish fingers was crispy and fresh... theserviceis really great and the total ambience is set to spend time and relax... pricing is not so high... they can improve the seating a little more, like they can add some spongy couches etc so that people can enjoy the food, music(tv), books/magazines of the restaurant... overall a great place to relax during late night hours with family/friends or even alone...

i went to kahawa at 11pm and ordered for a beef sizzler. the ambience was good but you cant sit there peacefully because of the mosquitoes. they even provided a mosquito bat for aid.
theservicewas quick and i received the sizzler within 15 minutes. hopeless i would say. i have had sizzlers before even yoko and kobe but t this one was absolute disappointment. the meat was very hard and the vegetables were minimal. one small piece broccoli, two carrot slices and three pieces of french fries. only burnt cabbage leaves in it. absolutely waste of money. all the sizzlers of this price will have a portion of rice or noodles. very sad that i had to leave hungry.

kahawa the favourite thing about this place is that's it's one of the manchester united cafes... all the games are streamed live in an exclusive area for the fans..

it's for those people who prefer sleeping in the day and wandering at night being open till 4 or so!!

the shakes and burgers and very good..
juicy lucy being my favourite burger..and shakes i think i'd choose the cookie shake!!

good ambience !! decentservice!! have had many good memories here !!

about this place the timing is what makes it special
it's open till 4 am,, that's a great thing for people like me, who feel like going out for a drive at midnight, and always wanting to eat.

the ambience is good, theserviceis also good. the time taken is a bit too long maybe because i'll be starving even before i enter,, the food is good, i usually have smoothies or hot chocolate or club sandwiches

prices are a bit higher on their end. but atleast they are open through the night.
