took 2 hrs for delivery and restaurant did not even bother to update that theorderis getting delayed, worst experience ever, very bad service and food is below average… many better options available than waste your time here.

we went for dinner as its new restaurant so ambience was good staff were polite and helpful our plan was to eat only north indian thali but with that weordersoup(cream if almond chicken soup) and starter (seekh kabab mutton) . the soup was very tasty and good ... thali was also good and tasty like north indian food and seekh kabab portion size was hugh ... 6 roll... over all we had a good time in in having dinner you can see the image too

am alwaysorderfood in airlines but todat it was horrible.iordererachi roast (mutton)its taste like old meat and there is only bones i canot find any single pice of meat.first time i having like this food.this is so bad

ist timeorderplaced at 12.45 pm and now its gonna be more than 1.5 hrs that is 2.25 pm ,i cannot understand what's going on the restaurant is about near to less than 1 km to my residence, i ordered for my kids and till now no delivery has happened and my kids already slept as well .we had to make some rice and curries to feed them .lunch to be at correct time already it were 60 mins delay shoes on zomato but even if dinner time i don't time food will arrive

ordered egg noodles brought chicken noodles after waiting for 45 minutes . the chicken noodles was full of waste pieces of chicken. never ever willorderfrom this restaurant.
utter waste of money.

i placed anorderfor mutton biryani and malabar thali. even after 45 mins i didnt receive my order. when i called to follow up they said it would take another 1/2 hr. still didnt receive the order, when called again the hotel tells me they were waiting for my call as the biryani i ordered is not available. i told him that they have the number in theorderthey are supposed to call me or they should not have accepted the order. this is not acceptable on part of the restaurant. very disappointed. it took 2 hrs to get my order. food average.

my only advice is to stay away from ordering from this restaurant. they dont have any commitments to their customers. if youorderfood from this restaurant, never expect it on time. today myorderwas delayed by 2 hours and finally i cancelled the order.

worst delivery service and customer handling. you have toorder2 hour in advance to get your food according to their delivery time.. if you need lunch at 1’o clock, you have toorderit at 11 and in between request and remind counter boys to deliver it. you wont get any priority if youorderearlier or 2 hours in advance. this restaurent is following the style like, lastorderto be served first and firstorderas last’ or delivery based on their convineance..so your orderalways will step back by default. both management and counter staffs are well aware of their issues. but they dont want to correct their service by saying their history and ratings. had bad experience several times and given complaint to zomato recently. hope zomato will resolve it. food quality is average, nothing to recommend as “high”, compared to other competing restaurents, in terms of quality and price.

i have placed theorderon 12.39pm and while ordering they have mentioned 60mins for delivery. but i got the food at 2.42pm, that means after 2hrs. the restaurant has no responsibility towards their customers. this is my 4th incident with the same restaurant including other delivering apps

food is good (average) as it is mostly in all restaurants. but since they don't use zomato delivery and use their own valet, be ready to wait for an hour or hour and a half for the good to get delivered. it is frustrating waiting for food. if you are ready to wait for a long time to eat, this is a good place toorderfrom. i hate waiting.

they are serving beaf less biriyani .,must try ., and their delivery is awesome. if you want food for dinner., you shouldorderit on lunch time. very less quantity.. unfortunately zero star is not available in the rating

this restaurant uses own delivery boys and not zomato guys. hence the delivery is very late almost everytime. today i got myorderalmost 2 hrs after the order. this is ridiculous.

order is not delivered after 2 hours, i marked thisorderreceived but it is not delivered, i will notorderanymore restaurant also not attending phone calls
