worst delivery service and customer handling. you have toorder2 hour in advance to get your food according to their delivery time.. if you need lunch at 1’o clock, you have toorderit at 11 and in between request and remind counter boys to deliver it. you wont get any priority if youorderearlier or 2 hours in advance. this restaurent is following the style like, lastorderto be served first and firstorderas last’ or delivery based on their convineance..so your orderalways will step back by default. both management and counter staffs are well aware of their issues. but they dont want to correct their service by saying their history and ratings. had bad experience several times and given complaint to zomato recently. hope zomato will resolve it. food quality is average, nothing to recommend as “high”, compared to other competing restaurents, in terms of quality and price.
