kaffee eis is always a great little stop on courtney place. your choice of waffle or cup. tonight we had mango sorbet and bonbon rochere.

thestaffare friendly and let you sample as much as you want. well, i haven't put that to the test yet!

the mango was not overpowering. the rochere was a creamy chocolate hazelnut. they pack quite a bit into a single scoop.

really the only reason i came for a holiday to wellington- for ice cream. generous servings and delicious flavours, thestaffare always friendly and are more than happy to give you testers before you go all out on a flavour. a wee bit on the pricey side but definitely worth it.

yummy ice cream - cool that they always offer for you to try flavours first.staffare friendly and i like that you can have two different flavours in one cup. store is quite small with not much room to sit down - other than that everything is great.

have been here a couple of times but only ever got scoops to go.staffare friendly and ice cream/ sorbet is yum.

we always get ours to go because it is quite small inside and always busy.

great place to go for a dessert after a movie or a night on the town. really good ice-cream and coffee. i particularly liked the iced mocha i had when i was sober driver for my friends one night.
great range of delicious icecream flavours available. my favourites from what i've tried are the hazelnut and chocolate ones.
great service, very friendlystaffand a nice clean, well presented store.
highly recommended.

the place is always clean when i’m there, thestaffis always smiling, good variety of ice cream. the best part is that when i want to try a new flavour i can try them and thestaffis so patient that i feel guilty for taking so long!! my fav is the mix berry one i think it’s sherbet. the lemon one is good for those that likes sweet and sour. the chocolate tastes like it has coco in it so those that don’t like bitter-sweet, don’t try. (it’s just a pinch is more sweet then bitter).

a nice cafe.. the one on courtney place doesn't have much in the way of seating but if a sit down is what you are after just head on over to the one on cuba st. unfortunately they only use the chai latte (as do most places in wellington i guess) but the coffee is great and the ice cream selection is phenomenal. gelato heaven!staffare really helpful and very patient when you come up against the tough decision of picking a flavour of ice cream to go with

i scream for a kaffie eis ice cream the best ice-cream i have ever had in new zealand and mind it i have tried 20 different brands of ice cream here. i have raspberry , vanilla chocolate double scoop and coconut all were best flavours but it was kaffie eis who made coconut my best flavour in ice-cream as coconut is the last thing i would like to have. love u guys keep bringing amazing flavours. its all day busy butstaffhandles all customers at their best

the most wonderful selection of gelato ice cream ever. flavors changed daily and scoop size varies on the weather. somestaffare lovely other not so much, we visit the oriental parade store almost weekly and always enjoy our gelato. we love going here and will visit to yeard to come.

popped in here for dessert after a nice dinner out and was instantly won over! thestaffwere really welcoming and bubbly and were more than happy to let us sample their delightful flavours. i ended up choosing white chocolate and bon bon rocher and boy were they delicious!

i am obsessed by gelato - thestaffare awesome well when you come in two or three times you get to know them. i love the gelato problem is all the best flavours are generally gone by 9pm duh!!!

i'm too obsessed with this place, tried almost every flavour! thestaffare great and always patient while i mess around trying to make up my mind and getting testers, and the gelato speaks for it's self.

i will always remember the day i just so happened to walk in here to get a coffee and saw the most beautiful flavoured ice-cream;s on offer here! at the moment coconut and the one that tastes like ferraro rocett is my favourite! thestaffare always on to it too!
