delicious gelato!!!! best flavours are biscotti, cinnamon, white chocolate and the fruit flavours always taste just like the real thing . always get a cone for the completeicecream experience🍦i think $30 for two people is an exaggeration ... coffee and a gelato would be closer to $20 for two 👫

i love 'cappuccino' here. there are not many coffee places where they get the taste right. small place with a good cafe atmosphere. besticecream in wellington! service almost always friendly. this is the place i visit almost everytime whenever i'm near there.

really the only reason i came for a holiday to wellington- foricecream. generous servings and delicious flavours, the staff are always friendly and are more than happy to give you testers before you go all out on a flavour. a wee bit on the pricey side but definitely worth it.

i love the huge assortment of flavors! apple cinnamon is top on my list, almost tasted like a cinnamon toast crunch! yummm! 😋

yummyicecream - cool that they always offer for you to try flavours first. staff are friendly and i like that you can have two different flavours in one cup. store is quite small with not much room to sit down - other than that everything is great.

have been here a couple of times but only ever got scoops to go. staff are friendly andicecream/ sorbet is yum.

we always get ours to go because it is quite small inside and always busy.

the place is always clean when i’m there, the staff is always smiling, good variety oficecream. the best part is that when i want to try a new flavour i can try them and the staff is so patient that i feel guilty for taking so long!! my fav is the mix berry one i think it’s sherbet. the lemon one is good for those that likes sweet and sour. the chocolate tastes like it has coco in it so those that don’t like bitter-sweet, don’t try. (it’s just a pinch is more sweet then bitter).

great service, great location, good variety oficecream and a decent place to relax while havingicecream. staffs were nice as they let me take my time and taste theicecream before i ordered it.

6 flavours oficecream/sorbet were vegan! and there was a vegan and gf blondie (i'll order that next time and let you know). access was fine. tasty. no issues.

the staffs are really nice~ i tried several flavours and ordered a biscotti flavouredicecream in a waffle cone. the waffle cone andicecream smells so good and tastes great too! they gave people hugeicecream balls. might be too sweet for some people tho. overall experience was lovely~

a nice looking place with a delicious selection. my sundae was very good; the cinnamonicecream tastes like waffles. the service left a little to be desired as the attendant was a bit cold and didn't step in to guide me in my selection but made me feel a bit silly. still, good dessert!

so many times we've ended up here after a meal elsewhere. restaurant desserts so often are disappointing. they can do the sticky date type stuff reasonably well but if you feel like something with fewer calories and a degree of freshness it can be difficult.

you look at the dessert menu and go round and round trying to find a spark of appetite ... to no avail - it's at that point someone suggests either library or kaffee eis.

the selection of iced liquids is great and invariably you can find something to lift that jaded appetite.

my only suggestion is in the evening to avoid the affogato - time and time again i regret the night time waking at 3 am forgetting the caffeine content of what is a truly delicious combination oficeand taste (and even better with amaretto). some people don't get it and some do but don't know the cause.

kaffee eis is an invaluable addition to night time dining...or delicious insomnia.

a nice cafe.. the one on courtney place doesn't have much in the way of seating but if a sit down is what you are after just head on over to the one on cuba st. unfortunately they only use the chai latte (as do most places in wellington i guess) but the coffee is great and theicecream selection is phenomenal. gelato heaven! staff are really helpful and very patient when you come up against the tough decision of picking a flavour oficecream to go with

i scream for a kaffie eisicecream the best ice-cream i have ever had in new zealand and mind it i have tried 20 different brands oficecream here. i have raspberry , vanilla chocolate double scoop and coconut all were best flavours but it was kaffie eis who made coconut my best flavour in ice-cream as coconut is the last thing i would like to have. love u guys keep bringing amazing flavours. its all day busy but staff handles all customers at their best

the most wonderful selection of gelatoicecream ever. flavors changed daily and scoop size varies on the weather. some staff are lovely other not so much, we visit the oriental parade store almost weekly and always enjoy our gelato. we love going here and will visit to yeard to come.
