worst restaurant in yakima!. the last few times i have been to kabob house they have screwed up my order. the first time it took them 30 minutes to get my to go order ready and there was at the most only 4 customers.

they have by far the worst customer service in yakima. i called them to place a go order an hour before they closed as i was in the general vicinity and was on my way home from visiting relatives in the area. only to get a response saying that they closed at 9. i called them at 8:05 you're telling me you can't make a lamb gyro with fries to go in 15 minutes?

and if you want your ordered delivered, you might as well forget that one. i asked them to deliver one time only for them to tell me they don't offer delivery which it states on their menus and in their store.

btw just food for thought, they also run a ponzi scheme which in the same complex.

best restaurant in yakima!!!. i love the food it is the best. i love the baklava and the tea is fantastic. whenever i have a chance i want to get something to eat from there. they have the best staff they are so friendly and happy. i would recommend this restaurant t to anyone that wants to eat great meal. if i had to score this restaurant out of 10 being the best it would be a 10 because that is how good the food is.

delicious. the lamb kabob was tender and grilled perfectly. also had a gyro dinner, which was also delicious. super polite and friendly staff. the kitchen staff all wore gloves while preparing the food. we even had a sample of the baklava which was wonderful. the prices were exceptional for the quality and amount of food given. definitely a thumbs up. would love to have the kabob house in wenatchee!

the dish was purely as good as it gets. significant improvement since few months ago, even then it was good!

best greek food i've ate in this town. i love their gyros. i also like their chicken souvlaki. i've been going here for years. it's delicious!!!

adm. asst. sadly i've gone here several times and been annoyed each time. my lunch is at 11am and we only have a half hour so i try calling their phone number to pre order the food and have it ready when i get there but they won't answer it and then when you finally get there they are slow to take an order or to get the order going. they must hire family members because any business who hires non-family related workers wouldn't allow their staff to wander around aimlessly without a purpose. i've now stopped going even if i do have an hour to kill. bad service and apathetic owners.

yummy and cheap!. love this place! the food is always fresh and delicious. and being a poor college student you can't beat the price, especially for the lamb! my favorite little gem of theirs is their spicy jalapeño humus appetizer, i could eat it everyday!

saddened. 2nd time i have eaten here and so sad to see the decline of what once was one of yakima's best little secrets! the only thing i can say is that near as we could tell, we got"leftovers"! rice was dry and tasteless! shrimp kabobs were obviously cooked a day or two ago and reheated (kind of)! the lamb was previously cooked and way overdone as well! the waitress had zero menu knowledge and was no help! even the hanging plants were dead!

won't be back again for a third time!!

kabob house is my favorite restaurant in yakima. a small slice of global cuisine in an otherwise limited selection, they provide a great atmosphere and great food with reasonable prices. strongly recommend gyro or chicken shwarama with greek fries

open kitchen was filthy when i ordered to go the first time. food was bland and had little to no flavor. i ordered extra sauce and didnt receive them even though i paid for them. i wont return and if i want greek food i'll open a cookbook. two thumbs down

worst mediterranean food i've ever had. just moved her and thought i would try this restaurant. the service was horrible!!!! we had to wait forever for our waiter who was doubling as the cashier and busing his own tables. another waitress finally showed up a little after 6. i met my husband at the restaurant and he arrived before i did. it took about 10 minutes before the cook finally told the guy to come take our order. it took about 30 minutes for us to get our food delivered to our table. i ordered a chicken kabob my husband ordered lamb souvlaki. the chicken was dry and the rice was dry and crispy. my husband's lamb tasted more like beef than lamb? his saffron rice had no flavor and the greek salad they served him was cucumbers, bell pepers, feta, onion, & some olives.( i should have been suspicious when i heard the microwave beeping.) i hadn't eaten since 11 in the morning so i ate all of my "bag salad" and some of the chicken and rice. my waiter took forever to come back and when he asked us how our meals were, i told him mine was terrible. he thought i was joking, i told him i was very serious. he said, well you sure ate a lot of it. he came back and said he was sorry that my meal was not to my liking. no offer to take off part of the cost of the dinner. the restaurant was busy but that's probably because they don't know what good mediterranean food tastes like. i have eaten mediterranean food in chicago and seattle and it doesn't taste like anything i ate tonight. i won't be back! i will let everyone i know not to bother. disappointed!!!

my favorite greek/mediterranean cuisine in yakima!!. i have loved the kabob house ever since i set foot inside it in 2009. the food and the ingredients are always fresh and the waiter, waitresses, and cooks are friendly and have some of the best customer service i have ever seen. its truly a one of a kind original restaurant in yakima. the inside has plenty of things to grab your attention including the two tvs playing entertaining foreign music videos. i love that the ingredients are always fresh and tasty with lots of flavor and the gyros are bursting with soft and flavorful gyro meat and other ingredients. the food takes a little longer to prepare but of course this is typical for a sit down restaurant with this type of cuisine. i am always willing to wait longer for food that is freshly prepared. i highly recommend that you try this restaurant if you want good quality food and service. i promise you wont be disappointed!

i went to kabob house for the first time and as a persian person i rate their food and service excellent. try their kabobs its awesome

every experience at kabob house has been delicious, to me. reason being: they have the most delicious hummus, especially the spicy hummus. also, the salmon dinner is a must have. i am very picky with my food, especially seafood... but kabob house never fails with their consistency of great, taste-bud blowing meals.
